Das Hotel liegt an mehreren Straßenbahnlinien und unmittelbar am Ende der Fußgängerzone. Das Frühstücksbuffet war traumhaft. Ich könnte mir kein besseres vorstellen. Hotel-Restaurant im Brauhaus-Stil mit regionalen Gerichten und regionalem Wein.

Die Panorama Bar ist viel zu klein. Sie müsste doppelt so groß sein, was vom Platz her auch möglich wäre.

It was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, could not have requested anything else.

Lovely hotel and good location.

The hotel is lovely and I would recommend a stay in it. However, the attitude of some of the reception staff could be improved. We had an issue while we stayed in a room. It was dealt with very well initially but subsequent dealings with later staff left us annoyed. I think staff should be better trained on dealing with customers. I was happy with hotel and ultimately how they dealt with issue but not with how we were spoken to by some of the reception staff, nor how promises made by staff were later reneged on. Given that with a little more courtesy I would be leaving a great review, I would say that this is a big downside to a great hotel.

Location good and close to the Ratskellet and several good restaurants. Good Parking and access.

Bedrooms were perfect, bed comfortable. Roof top bar was class, cool vibe and views. .

Extra bed could be more comfortable

Breakfast was an expensive surcharge but the quality was reasonable. The position of the hotel was good.

The reception was a bit disorganized during checking out . With more guests checking out there was no organized queue people coming later were checking out before the ones who waited longer and then started arguing. A model from airport check-in should be aplied.

Very well located, furnished, designed hotel with a very kind and helpful staff! Our stay here was just great!

The breakfast was excellent for a four star hotel. orange juice machine with fresh oranges, juicer, help yourself to fresh veggies juicer, all sorts of gluten free bread, exotic fruit, etc

Very helpful reception staff advised on a place to dine and there recommendation was excellent.

The breakfast was lovely. Rooms were big clean and looked like new. Staff were also super friendly. Big Car park under the hotel is was also useful.
