Very clean, spacious and cosy.

The room was quite big and came with a modern bathroom. The shared kitchen was also spacious and had everything I needed. There was plenty of parking near the property. The village were it is located is super picturesque and has stunning sunrise/sunset views.

This place is a true gem. Fully equipped new apartment building with everything you need. Host very nice and responsive. Fantastic view over the city and mountains. Unheard of at this price point. Amazing place.

Everything was perfect

Very clean, nice smelling room with en suite bathroom and two good wardrobes, real soundproof windows, too, just like in the pics. The kitchen is also new and top notch; it has everything you need, from boiler to microwave, (free) coffe machine, lots of nice pots and pans and kitchen tools, towels, big table to dine at etc... Hosts are the parson and members of the parish group and they're all nice and helpful, even though they don't speak much English... Just across the road you will find a pizzeria, a restaurant and an ice cream shop. There is a greengrocer's, too. (a small grocery store is also just half a mile down the main road). More info: this is basically the parish guesthouse, which has been completely and tastefully renovated: one room is for the visiting priests (who do not come very often) + only two rooms for the guests on the upper floor. On the ground floor there is the laundry, a big kitchen and a huge living room. Don Andrea, the parson, is usually there a couple of times a day, and is a good-natured, helpful person. The area in itself has quite a few interesting places to visit; it's one hour (of mountain) drive from Bergamo and Lecco (lake Como), so it's a good place to cool down from the plain's heat if you're vising these towns in summer, as it is right in between them.

Minor things: I missed a toaster, even though the (great!) oven has a quick warmup function. The place is quiet and the soundproof windows will let any noise outside, but the door doesn't do the same with noises from the inside, so you will hear people chatting downstairs, if they speak only a bit loud: the stairway and the hall tend to amplify that. Anyway, as said before, very few people in the house, so it wasn't really an issue for me...
