Location is great and countryside concept

It is impossible to communicate with the owner of the property; multiple times tried via booking-message and also on the phone (asking the same simple questions once and again, and she simply does not answer concrete yes or no). As a result, part of the family arrive as planned and informed, within the check in time and a big stress was experienced as she would not answer any written message, both phones switched off, and thanks to booking.com customer service she was requested to give a solutuon within 30min and she just answered she was out of the country and someone else would take care (who we contacted and had no idea we were arriving). Organization zero and as well zero customer oriented. Anyways the property is clean, comfortable, nice quiet area - take care of the horses in the garden, they look quiet but just in case do not leave the back door of the house open at any time.

the host didn't reply any of our efforts to contact prior to our arrival, which was very stressful for us. When we arrived, she was not there although she said she will be there and let us to the room. we had to wait for one hour outside in the cold till she finally returned from a hore-ride she had with a friend. The host hadn't apologized even once even when we shared our bad feeling. alternatively, she offered us to use the sauna and wood for the fireplace free of charge (we didn't even know that it costs). however, we were told we cannot turn the sauna on by ourselves but only she can do it - however, when we wanted to use it we couln't reach her (and as usual, she didn't answer any of our calls/messages). The logs for the fireplace were so big they couldn't even fit into it, and we didn't receive any starter for the fire. we had to find creative ways to break those logs into small pieces, which took us about 2 hours. In addition, there is no salt, oil sponge to wash dishes. In total, the place is very nice but managed very very badly, which makes the whole experience bad in the bottom line.
