Quiet private location good views nice garden. Well equipped kitchen. Nice main bedroom, dressing room, and bathroom. Outside dining and bbq.

All windows and doors had fixed metal grills like a prison cell. No emergency exits. Jacuzzi in the garden is very old-fashioned. The second bedroom and bathroom are very small. Despite the advert, there are no hiking trails from the property. No local shops or bars within walking distance

Third party damage deposits : we were told after our booking that there needs to be a damage deposit via credit card (should be mentioned on booking com ) otherwise it wouldn't be possible for you to check in. Very well since that was the only option I did in fact give the third party my card details and 400 euro's were blocked on the card. Fast forward 6 days (last day of our stay), we receive a call that we need to make a damage deposit again because they supposedly never received one. Now my impressions of everything were excellent until this happened because if this wasn't a beautiful villa this would be marked as a blatant attempt at a scam. I don't think they were trying to scam us of any extra money however it would be nice to have these things done by a trusted source like booking instead of a private website - no airco - barbecue seems very dangerous

No safe to secure valuables. No air conditioning or cooling fans. Dressing gowns were supplied but not listed on the property description.

Absolutely stunning views: entire panorama from the Atlantic Ocean to the top of El Teide. Rural and tranquil. Villa is well equipped and maintained. Everything was arranged with a great attention to detail. Thanks a lot to Andrés for tips and a detailed list of places to visit. We truly enjoyed our stay, this was exactly what we were looking for! P.S. We were a bit hesitant about the weather but for us in the month of July it's even better than in the South. Constant 24-26 degrees during the day. Considering we travel with a 1 year old it was just perfectly comfortable. It's our first time in Tenerife North and we absolutely loved it: massive contrast nature- and culture-wise when compared to Costa Adeje: it's a lot less commercialised and a lot more rural and green

4G reception is quite poor inside the house and there was no WIFI. Not a big deal for us as we wanted to stay disconnected but could be a nice improvement.
