Villa Nicoletta is wonderful! Set in an idyllic rural spot above the village of Porto Pozzo, with fabulous views to the sea and in all directions. Everything about our stay was magical - the attention to detail in our luxury suite, delicious breakfasts with a view, gorgeous pool, proximity to the sea and some amazing restaurants and especially the warm and friendly service from Tanya and all the staff. A perfect holiday!

The property is set in beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. I can only reiterate previous reviews about how lovely this is and would have no hesitation in returning. Thank you Giovanni and all your staff for making this a memorable stay.

We spent two nights of wonderful peace and relaxation in a beautiful setting. The B&B itself is relatively isolated and lies about 2km outside of the nearest town but this is exactly what appealed to us. The rooms were stylish and spotlessly clean and really comfortable. The breakfast was superb. The pool was clean and plenty of space. We had the run of the pool to ourselves for the entire day while other guests had chosen to visit the local beaches.

The property is absolutely beautiful and we stayed in one of the smaller rooms inside the redone barn from 1897 (!!). Giovanni the owner was really kind and Tanya was phenomenally sweet and charming and helpful during our stay. The property is huge, and the pool is quiet and PERFECT for what we needed for our two night stay. Very convenient to the northern part of the island and touring beaches and other sights. Everything was done very, very beautiful at the property, including in the rooms. Breakfast was delightful by the pool. Would very highly recommend and please find and pet the sweetest little black farm cat named Miao Miao :) :) Pictures don't do this place justice!

The architecture of the units was beautiful and the people were very helpful. on recommendation from Tanya we dined at a beautiful agriturismo that overlooked the ocean only 20 minutes away. we had the end unit which had a patio overlooking the countryside and was very private. the breakfast by the pool was special, supplied by the bakery and gelato shop down the road.

The hosts were very nice and helpful, they knew the area very well. The breakfast was outstanding, don't miss the local pastries! It was a bit too cold to jump into the pool, but it's definitely something to consider when it gets warmer.

The room was nice, but very dark (no windows).

Really nice and comfortable, quiet B2B. Perfect spot in between Palau and Santa Theresa to explore the northern coast. Friendly and helpful owners. Good Breakfast in Poolhouse. 10 out of 10

Wooden decking around pool not great for barefoot (splinters) although slippers provided.

Excellent all inclusive beautiful compound! You will need rent a car but it's worth it. The owner is an absolute gentleman and the breakfasts were amazing!

The location is quite and well kept. The swimming pool and breakfast area is amazing. The room is comfortable and very clean.

It's very odd have a room without windows, I never thought I had to check this detail before book a room, Breakfast have a very high quality but after few days need a bit more variety. The host suggested and did book for us a restaurant insanely expensive that is clearly their sponsor.

Highly recommended! The location of the property was amazing, set in the quiet rural hills only 10 minutes from the sea, and near plenty of amazing beaches. The accommodations were modern, clean, nicely updated and incredibly comfortable. The setting was serene, peaceful and great views of the surrounding area. The staff was very helpful (especially Teresa!) with requests, recommendations, and assisted in booking dinners at near by agriturismo, which were my best meals in Sardinia. As this was a ‘working holiday’ I was able to enjoy the best office from my suite and private terrace with very fast and reliable wifi. Fantastic experience, only wish I could have stayed longer. Everything was perfect and it's a place to completely relax and enjoy yourself on a top level because it's so well run and taken care of. Very well decorated with great views of the hills and distant sea. Great breakfasts with coffee and eggs made to order. The room, pool and all the staff were lovely and we had an amazing time. Would highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at Villa Nicoletta because we just love it there so much. Beautiful stylish property, overlooking rolling hills towards the sea, always has a beautiful breeze and gorgeous light. It ticks all the boxes for those with high expectations! Giovanni couldn’t be a better host, making us feel so welcome, offering recommendations, helping to reserve restaurants, and being so accommodating. Beautiful beaches and amazing restaurants are all close by. And the pool at the Villa is also very nice. The staff are all so friendly and in general it’s the perfect place for a holiday. Also: you must have gelato at Giovannis bakery in Porto pozzo. Amazing!
