Great location, friendly staff and comfortable

all was good

Designated parking, place to lock bikes and skis, ski boots dryer, outdoor grill, comfortable and large apartment, equiped kitchen (no oven though), quiet location

TV was terrible (small, old, slow response to anything) and positioned weirdly, slow internet

- modern - good eating & living room with comfortable chairs and couch - good shower, spacious enough, water pressure and temperature good. - comfortable beds Overall the place is alright.

Points for improvement: - poor sound isolation, you can basically listen to the neighbours talk. Was ok this time since nearly empty but if fully booked... - toilet and bathroom combined - very small TV - most dishes were dirty when we arrived, which turned out to be due to a poorly functioning dish washer, after running many items are not clean yet - very small bedrooms, 1 without a wardrobe or space to stoor the luggage

The wall between the apartements was very thin, we felt as we were in the same room with the neighbors.

Overal the apartment was really nice and comfortable. It had 2 separate bedrooms, quite big living room and the kitchen was well equiped. Beds were clean, apartment was non-smoking, towels were provided and the lady on reception when we've checked-in was really nice. Every apartment had a dedicated parking lot in front of the building. Miraka resort is well located, not far away from the Lipno dam, from bobsleigh ride, Treetop walkway and others. It's a great place to stay with family. Even if there some minor cons listed in my review, I would still recommend this place and would come back again with my family.

There were a couple of things which could use some extra care. We've had some wifi connectivity issues indoor, so we kept using our data plan on mobile. The place could use some extra cleaning as it was a bit more dusty on the shelfs, top of furniture and sun shades on windows (if you'd be alergic, you could have some issues) The floor could use some extra mopping. We've shared the feedbacknom reception, so they can improve the good service to become even better.
