Very nice location. On the channel and can dock a boat and a very short walk to the gulf to enjoy your day on the beach.

I wish I could give this rating more than 5 stars. Our experience was simply wonderful! This condo was impeccably kept! Cleanest property I have ever stayed in. The condo is tastefully decorated, the bed was cery comfortable as was the living room furniture. The location of this condo is perfect! A 5 minute walk to a private beach and Lemon Bay right off of the property. I walked each morning a short walk to watch manatees frolick in the Bay. If you want a relaxing, quiet respite, this is the right condo for you! Only problem we had was we needed another week or two! We love to hunt for shark teeth; we traveled to Caspersen and Manasota beaches that were less than a half hour away. We are coming home with many teeth and such great memories! As to hospitality, the owners were extremely responsive to questions we had. Dana definitely made our first VRBO experience a positive one! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved this place. Everything has been thought of including kitchen utensils, cookware and even spices. Just bring what your palate desires. Very much liked the seating in the living room that included a very comfortable leather recliner sofa. Comfy also applies to the kingsize bed. There is plenty of room to move around in the condo as well an outdoor patio at the entrance door. I hesitate to expound much because I want to make sure that we have a future date available. Definitely a five star.Paved parking lot at front of complex which is a plus, with a very nice pool at the opposite end over looking the dock and Lemon Bay where you can watch the porpoises play. Kudos to Dana and Jim for a well thought out and appointed condo.

Great condo, clean and has everything you could need! Comfy bed and pillows. Have to walk about 5 mins to beach or can drive 3 to Publix access and rent loungers for $20/day. We loved it. Great pool. On the bay and watched fish jump and baby shark every morning. Loved our trip!

I stayed here on a solo vacation for one week. The unit was very comfortable and clean. The hosts were awesome. I saw them upon arrival and the next day. They were extremely kind and offered to help me out with some transportation issues I was having. Thankfully it was resolved, but knowing someone was there to help if necessary was a comfort when alone and far from home. There are 9 adjoining units. I found it to be very calm and quiet. Great pool with warm water. Bed, mattress and pillows were very comfortable, shower has great water pressure, quality towels and linens. Air conditioning worked great. Everything I could have ever needed during my stay was provided. Kitchen fully set with dishes, cookware and small appliances. Coolers, beach wagon, all beach equipment provided, including beach towels. The unit was pretty perfect. Manasota Key is very laid back. Several great restaurants, my favorite was The Lock and Key. Most of the restaurants serve drinks and a few stay open late in the evening and have live music. I only came across 2 souvenir shops. The beaches were beautiful. Unfortunately I was there during Red Tide and couldn’t swim in the water. This was my biggest problem with this trip, but it couldn’t be helped, so I tried to make the best of it. I spent my time at the beach hunting sharks teeth. I found over 400! Stump’s Pass was my favorite beach. I highly recommend this rental and I hope to return to stay again.

We were looking for a place with a laid back atmosphere…Manasota Key was the place!! This was a perfect place to stay, we were very pleased !! The location was was so convenient too!! Definitely looking forward to booking this condo in the future!!

This condo was terrific! Dana thought of everything when it comes to items you don’t generally carry with you on vacation such as bikes, fishing poles, nail kit, tee is cups, beach towels that fit the lounge chairs, two kinds of coffee pots, spices, etc. the location in proximity to Englewood Beach and restaurants was also very convenient. Thank you for making this a great place to vacation/visit!

The condo was very clean and well organized. Obvious care was taken to provide guests with what they might need. Dana responded to any questions immediately. The couch and bed were very comfortable. There are many nearby beaches and restaurants. The beach gear and wagon were much appreciated! The pool was warm as advertised. Thank you Dana and Jim

Quit looking now and hit book! I have used vrbo forever and this has down was the cleanest condo we have ever seen. Dana and her husband were awesome. The location is great you have access to the intercostal along with bikes and kayaks! The pool was always clean and heated. The beach is just right across the road. The beach is so quiet there too. This place is a hidden gem.

Well appointed condo with easy access to the beaches and eateries. We would rent this property again. Nice weather, bikes on-site and a heated pool.

Condo was very comfortable and well-equipped. I was delighted to find spices, vinegar and oil for our use. Also had a sheet for "Yoga on the Beach". Dana & Jim went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Already scheduled our stay for 2022.

Weather wasn’t great but who can predict January? Place was great and near everything! Would go back in a heartbeat.

This was our second time staying as a family of 5 at Sea Oats Unit #5! We love how Dana has absolutely everything you need for your beach vacation & everything needed to cook a meal or dessert! She is always available to answer our questions & is the nicest person to work with!! This condo is close to lots of beaches & has a pool on the property, which we enjoyed daily! It also has a beautiful dock on the bay to fish off of, kayak off of or even dock a boat on! While on our vacation we got to see a sea turtle nest hatch, saw manatees & even a few dolphins. We will definitely be coming back again to this hidden gem!

Condo was in great location close to beaches and attractions. Great small complex. Easy parking amd access. Owner was great and prompt to answer any questions we had.

Very nice, I had everything I needed including perfect weather.

My husband and I visited Manasota Key for the first time and were able to embrace a much quieter laid back Florida. Will visit again!

We would definitely rent again.
