Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet - ein sehr gelungener Mix aus der Werterhaltung des urtümlichen Hauses mit den Annehmlichkeiten des Neuem. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Blick aus den Fenstern in die Ferne / ins Tal und über die Berge ist traumhaft. Die vom Haus ausgehende eigene Terrasse mit Sitz- und Liegemöbeln ist super idyllisch (leider konnten wir sie, wie auch den traumhaften Pool, aufgrund der Wetterlage nicht nutzen). Bei heißem Wetter sind diese jedoch absolut perfekt! Die auf dem Grundstück mit wohnenden Vermieter sind äußerst zuvorkommend. Wir erhielten u.a. tolle Ausflugtipps. Haushund Gino ist sehr verspielt und zutraulich und hat immer auf uns gewartet. Wir werden ihn vermissen. Zur Begrüßung überreichten uns die Vermieter super leckere Sandwiches und Kuchen. Hierzu wurden sogar im Vorfeld unsere Vorlieben abgefragt, so dass zum Beispiel (bei uns) auf vegetarische Ernährung geachtet wurde. Dies hat uns total überwältigt - und es war super lecker. Genauso wie die von den Vermietern selbst geernteten Kakifrüchte. Zum Abschied erhielten wir noch leckere Kekse. Einfach köstlich.

Es gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden.

Excellent place in all aspects, we had a great stay and will highly recommend it to others. In several aspects it exceeded everything we have encountered before, we were welcomed with an excellent treat from the local pastry, our very friendly hosts next door were always available to help us out, and especially their labrador Gino who walked us to the village cafe for our morning cappuccino - every day.

Nothing, everything was excellent

I liked everything about that place. The attention to details was the best I had ever seen. It was impeccably clean, very quiet, the view on the mountain was amazing, the property facilities, with the pool, the private deck, the parking, everything I wanted and more. And the way we were welcome, by Luigia, her husband and son, with all the treat and the indication about the house was fantastic.

The location, house facilities and welcome pack - everything was exceptional. The pool and outside areas immaculately maintained. Incredible space and tranquility. We've travelled a lot throughout Italy and we've never met such genuinely warm generous and attentive hosts as the famiglia Dionisi 😃 They made a fantastic wedding anniversary holiday - incredible and memorable. And they were unaware it was a special occasion for us - so more kudos to them!! Subiaco and historic local area superb. The location readily accessible by car to Villa Adriana and d' Este. We hope to return again soon.

Warm welcome with delicious cake and sandwiches. Very helpful and nice family. House with big sun terrace, perfectly clean rooms, large swimming pool and unforgettable beautiful view over the valley. Everything was just perfect and we loved our time here. Definitely would recommend La Fonte Su and we would like to visit again. Surrounding area is very picturesque as well and the place is only a short drive away from Rome. I definitely fell in love with this place!! Bellissima!!!

Very nice house with access to a huge terrace, courtyard, private barbecue and swimming pool, which we had to ourselves when ever we wanted to use it. The host couple are extremely kind and helpful. We got very helpful guidance to our day tour to Rome. We had a fantastic stay!
