The location was great for Chichester and lovely countryside walks. When I asked for fresh towels halfway through the week, they were provided to us straight away.

When we arrived, there was no bedding for the 3rd person. The Chalet wasn't really big enough for more than 2 people, we stayed for a week and there was nothing to cook from other than a microwave, even though a hob is stated on the facilities list. It was noisy when we had people next door to us on both sides. The T.V. also did not work properly, and the wifi wasn't great. Unfortunately, I wouldn't class this as a Superior Chalet due to the interior and facilities.

Location fine except getting into chichester at night not easy,complicated traffic system in town. Pleasant surroundingings . All equipment, fittings etc n chalet well thght out and convenient .

The grounds were beautiful, the chalet was sweet and clean. Liked the added coffee machine. It was very peaceful. The owner was away but had left notes. It felt like we owned the place! Would definitely stay again.

Nothing really

The farm animals and beauty of the lake, ponds, birds and water fowl. Very comfortable bed. The TV had excellent viewing options (Netflix, Prime, Disney, etc.). A welcome basket of breakfast snacks and bread was there upon our arrival. The guest ‘welcome guide’ had a lot of good information. Good stay for 2 nights but not longer.

The chalet next to ours was under renovation and so it was very loud (drilling and hammering) the first afternoon we arrived. The shower was very small and the boiler broke so there was no hot water the first morning of our stay. Kerrie was quick to get someone to look into it and fixed it within a couple of hours but it wasn’t the best way to start the day. The bedroom was too hot for my husband and we had to request a light blanket as there was only a duvet and small fan. The front door had no covering or blinds, so it didn’t feel very private—particularly with renovations going on in the next chalet.
