Les lits sont une catastrophe nous avions préciser que nous voulions un lit double on nous a donner 2 lits simples collés.
Comment vous dire qu’une fois au centre du lit quelle angoisse de devoir recoller les lits toutes les 30minutes.
Les oreillers n’en parlons pas ! 2 énormes et durs oreillers.
Ce réveiller avec la nuque en feu, a fuir !

La chambre est spacieuse, le personnel souriant, les plats servis au restaurant sont de très bonne qualité.
Seul bémol, pas de mini frigo dans la chambre.

Il s'agit d'un hôtel récent, très bien équipé, et en excellent état.
L'accueil est attentif et agréable, pour la partie hôtel, comme pour le restaurant.
De nombreux "petits plus" dans la chambre, comme une bouteille d'eau minérale. La superficie de la chambre est impressionnante et on ne manque pas de place pour les valises et autres.
C'est très bien insonorisé, de l'extérieur, comme des autres chambres.
Le restaurant sur place est un véritable plus, tout comme le parking, certes payant, mais à un prix raisonnable.
Nous avons aussi apprécié le petit-déjeuner, avec des choix importants et des produit de bonne qualité, comme pour les viennoiseries.
Nous avons mangé au restaurant le soir, le service était irréprochable et les plats excellents.
C'était parfait!
Juste une question : Est-il raisonnable de continuer à équiper les chambres de baignoires, à une époque où l'eau potable manque ? C'est d'aillers moins fonctionnel pour la majorité des clients qui prennnent des douches.

l’accueil a été très sympathique. l’hôtel est luxueux mais reste abordable. les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.

Chambre très calme, quartier facilement accessible et on peut se garer aisément dans la rue. Chambre très propre, bien équipée. Personnel agréable. Buffet du petit déjeuner copieux. Je recommande. A savoir qu'un prélèvement avait eu lieu avant notre arrivée et que nous avons du quand même payer la même somme sur place. J'étais surprise car je n'avais jamais rencontré cette situation mais le premier prélèvement m'a bien été remboursé le lendemain comme indiqué par le réceptionniste.

Hotel non in posizione centrale, ma con la fermata di mezzi pubblici nelle immediate vicinanze, anche se noi abbiamo preferito fare una camminata (1,5 Km) per prendere la metro. In reception ragazzi disponibilissimi ad esaudire le nostre richieste. Stanza molto ampia, letto comodo. Colazione molto buona completa di dolce e salato. Dotato anche di un comodo garage (a pagamento) di cui abbiamo usufruito.

They took the same payment twice. They took one from booking.com and the other from my credit card. So they took 2 times the money, on booking, the hotel has not found a solution yet.

There was no fan available for the room, and the A/C wasn't able to be turned on because of the time of year. It was unusually warm outside, so our room was quite warm, which made it hard for us to sleep.

The room has a lot of space and the bed was very comfortable. Extra pillows are provided. The breakfast is very good.

Room was quite spacious, bath with tub and shower.
Location was great for my needs, very close to work.
Breakfast eggs were quite cold and there has been no other vegeterian options, but a Boulangerie in the neighbourhood was great.

Needs to have the card to make the elevator work so extra security.

Good breakfast, although it seems necessary if you book there because it is far from any place that serves food/snacks. The absence of a fridge discourages even the option to go to the local supermarket (Casino).
I was requested a 100 EUR security deposit during the check-in, something I find uncommon and was not mentioned prior.
The reception employees have varying levels of English so communication can be difficult.
The only good point about the location is that it is close to a bus stop and it can take ~40min to get to the city center.

It was relatively quiet, clean, room was comfortable& the staff was nice,except the breakfast staff who were pushy & not friendly.
We suggest you replace the vacuum style hair drier as it is hard to use for women trying to dry & style their hair without burning their hand. Also it would be appreciated to have hooks or a rack to hang ones towels instead of putting them on the tub to have access once you come out of the shower. A soap dish in the shower & tub also would be appreciated.
