بصراحه كل شي جميل في الفندق من اول ما دخلنا لحد ما خرجنا تعامل الموظفين قمه في الاخلاق والاحترام الاخ خالد الزهراني والشباب اللي معاه في جميع الشفتات شكراً لكم

بصراحة اسؤ فندق دخلته ، تعامل جداً سيئ، وادق ع الاستقبال من الغرفة محد يرد علي ، وطلبت زياده لحاف واسفنجه لطفل من الظهر ماوفروها لي الا الساعه 12 بالليل بعد مانزل زوجي للاستقبال وجلس يتكلم معاه ، قال ادفع عليها رسوم 35 ريال ، والاسوؤ من هذا كله ، زوجي استخدم منتجات الاستحمام تبع الفندق ودخل الشامبو في عينة وقت الاستحمام وحس بحراره فيها ، لما صحي من النوم عينه حممرا وجدا ملتهبه ، راح للمستشفى قالو له هذا التهاب بكتيري شديد . تجربة لن تتكرر عندهم بأذن الله

Le personnel est accueillant . La chambre est spacieuse et fonctionnelle . La literie est plutôt confortable .

Il n’y a pas de petit-déjeuner au sein de l’hôtel .

Good location

I reserved a non smoking room, yet my room smelled like smoke when I entered. It was all over my sheets as well. The electricity cut off in the hotel for a few hours which was very disappointing. The price does not match the quality.

Indian (Kerala) restaurant near by Koyikkodan, KL10. Strong & Hi Speed WiFi

It's a disappointment, there is no B/F kitchen is under repair.

Drinking water should be unlimited. I had to pay for additional this time.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the service was professional and prompt, the suite was excellent.
