I had a pleasant stay at Residenze Gallura. The check-in and check-out goes smoothly, even when it is outside office hours since it is possible to use a keybox. The staff is nice and friendly. At check-in tourist information about the surroundings is provided. The apartment had a nice terrace in the front and big shared garden in the back. Furniture, beds and bathroom are a bit old and outdated. Some basic cleanings stuff were standard available. Enough free parking place is close by and the center with shops, restuarants and bars are on walking distance.

What id did not understand is to pay 70 Euro for cleaning costs but that i was asked to do the dishes and collect and drop the sepearted garbage by myself on check-out. These costs are not reasanable i my opinion and far more higher than on average in Sardinia. Besides that the lack of WiFi access in the apartment (only available in the shared garden in front of another apartment) is something to improve.

Excellent location - close walk to town. Good parking facilities.

Poor access to WiFi - stated WiFi in communal area, which actually meant standing under a tree in the middle of the car park.
