Sehr gute Lage (Zentrum), gemütliche Zimmer, tolles Frühstück

Sehr eng, bei 1 Woche Urlaub wüsste ich nicht wohin mit (leeren) Koffer, bei dicken Sachen ist der Schrank auch zu klein.kein Fahrstuhl, So eng,kein Platz auf die andere Bettseite zu kommen,Zimmer o.richtiges Fenster nur Schmale Kippfenster-Luke

Snídaně skvělé, bohatý výběr - omeleta a míchaná vajíčka na přání, palačinky, vafle, čerstvé croissanty... chybělo pouze čerstvé ovoce.

Velmi měkké matrace.

Located in central city . Easy to reach everything.

We were there for three nights and breakfast was the same all the time. In third floor sometimes in the morning the shower doesnt work, because of not enough watter pressure in water pipe system.

There are two problems very very very very soft bedding and no pillows at all although there are three of them per bed they are just not any

Amazing location, cosy rooms, perfect bed, great bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, no complaints at all! Free parking was a great addition.

Very hot in the room. even with open windows it was hard to breathe. And it was around 14 outside (at night). Our dog was breathing hard through all the night and we were sleeping without the blanket. Room was very small, so 4 people + dog = no fresh air. Can’t imagine what will be when it will be more than 20 degrees outside… This hotel needs conditioning.

Breakfast was very good, with a variety of dishes to choose from (including live cooking of any eggs serving you would like). The rooms were clean and the master beds were comfortable. Bathroom set and bathrobes were provided which was nice. The location of the hotel is amazing, walking distance everywhere even to the ski slopes Plan and Hromovka - to Medvedin there is a skibus leaving close form the hotel.

The additional sofa bed in the rooms (we had 2 rooms were 3 people were staying) was not very comfortable and it was making noises every time the person was twisting. We were there during renovation, so it was load on the weekdays and big part of the hotel restaurant was closed. There was no room for kids or where you could gather together and play board games or grab z drink (we travelled in a group of 12 people so had to squeeze in one of the rooms).

I like this hotel because it is located in the very center of the village and has kept its original architecture despite modernization. You can use the car park, which is important in the center of the village.

Good breakfast.

The receptionist had no knowledge about the ski areas of Spindleruv Mlyn. I now after two days know more than the receptionist. There are two ski areas with the same lift cards. I know how to get there. What distances are and what ski lifts ar connected to each other. All this the receptionist did not know.

Location couldn't be more central. Very good breakfast. Comfortable rooms, free wi-fi, free parking.

No hand rails on the staircase what cause a bit of inconvenience for my 90 year old father to use staircase.

nice and cosy hotel in the very central location. there is an après-ski bar right below the hotel windows, but it was open only until 10pm, so caused no inconvenience.

breakfast choice was somewhat limited and monotonous.

Location is excellent, hotel is nicely reconstructed, all the personell was extremely helpful and accomodating. I have to highlight the manager at our arrival - excellent service! Rooms are nice, yet our was niot as big as on a respewctive picture at presentation. We generally loved our stay here. Pizza downstairs is really good!

The only "minus" was that the double room we had was presented as suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids and looked spacious on photo, however in reality it was surprisingly smaller; there was almost no room after the second (kids) sofa/bed was set up. However, we were OK anyway and liked our stay. I have to highlight the stuff!

The breakfast was good and the room was nice and a good size for a family as a suite. Not huge but comfortable. The bathroom was recently renovated.

I have nothing to say because nothing good happened in this hotel.

1. Cheating with payments: I booked a hotel room for 3 days for 400 euros 2 months before the arrival date and paid the booking in full. But we were 7 families and we booked 7 rooms. My friends booked rooms 1 month, 2 weeks in advance or came without a reservation and all paid less than 300 euros for 3 days for the same room. I asked for a refund of the difference since I had paid in advance. The boss of this hotel told me that he didn't care about my problem. 2. Provided a worse room: I booked a room with 1 shared bed, but they gave me a room with separate small beds, which were just side by side. I asked me to change the room, but the hotel boss told me that they don't have rooms with a shared bed. I asked my friends what kind of rooms they have and realized that I was again deceived. 3. Negligence at the parking We parked our car in the secure car park of this hotel. But at night, someone stole a car sign and scratched the entire hood of the car. I am attaching a photo below. The hotel is not responsible for this and in fact the parking lot is not guarded. Again deception! 4. Terrible food We ordered Christmas dinner for all our friends and paid for it in advance. During dinner, food was brought to us and 3 people had hair and dandruff in their food. We were replaced dishes after our request, but at the same time they shouted at us. Moreover, the food was so terrible that absolutely everyone who ate dinner was poisoned and vomited all night. Finally, I want to say that this hotel is obliged to compensate us for causing inconvenience, but I know that he will not do this. And I understand that the representatives of the hotel will respond to this review with some nonsense. So just asking you to understand how our Christmas weekend went.
