Located conveniently close to the airport

-Staff was so helpful and eversmiling -Front desk great and welcoming -well located, few minutes from town -breakfast was great as well. -wifi could be better, that requires attention

The location is bad it is near the sewer river it smells bad even in the rooms you can smell the sewer. There was no hot water for the two days that I stayed there. No room service at all. I didn't get the value for my money. I was disappointed to the core. It's a place for short time like 30min or 1 hr if you know what but for accommodation it's no a big one from me. I will never come back

The room I got is not what was advertised and what I paid for on Booking .com , Despite showing the manager the evidence he refused to give me the room that I had booked . He was not polite. The whole experience was bad. I waited for hours tying to reason with him to no avail.

The guy at the front office was good. Though I drove into the yard and he couldn't hear the car till I hooted.

The atmosphere within the building wasn't welcoming. More cleaning and air freshening would help a lot.

The room I stayed in, was closer to the main road side where most vehicles were making noise especially in the early morning.

1. There was no warm water for bathing in the room I used 1st night. 2. The rooms need a proper cleaning. 3. Linen needs a proper wash and be changed. 4. Wifi was not provided. 5. Furniture was very dirty. 6. Towels were very old and dirty.

The place is quite nice and the staff they are very good at hosting guests.

They was no wifi,the DStv channels were very limited couldn't watch EPL.

Unfortunately there was no breakfast even after i had requested breakfast at 9 had to leave without eating. Had problems with hot water on the last night. There was no milk in the rooms. Other than that the staff is very friendly and very helpful they drove me to the airport at 3am. I am definitely going back.
