floors 3-5 have views of the town and royal monastery. superb comfortable bed and quality bedding. quiet location, spacious rooms, stylish and well planned building.

Large "suite" room with kitchenette. Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Located halfway between the bus station and the El Escoral Palace/Monastery.

Front desk is attended very limited hours. At other times, all contact is via text or email

Everything was thought through to make it a very comfortable stay. Spacious, room with balcony had a lovely view, location is excellent, property well maintained, very clean, large comfortable bed, quiet. Staff very helpful and responsive from before arrival, and throughout our stay. Basic kitchen facilities include a kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. Heating very effective. Town itself is really nice with many good eateries and hiking nearby as well as the main attraction of the monastery.

Not really a complaint and did not detract from our stay but there could be a few more kitchen utensils - such as a chopping board, large mugs, toaster.

Everything. Reluctant to say this for fear that we will not be able to get in again! This place is a gem. Beautifully renovated with no expense spared. Nothing fell short nor irritated us. Carmen was fabulous on reception and we would have loved a full week here. The owner has thought of everything and we slaept so well in those fabulous, big, firm beds. Thank you Muchisimas gracias a todos.
