Idk why... somehow the vibe there was a bit scary for me haha so I wasn't sure about the security. The apartment itself looked empty cuz I didn't see any people in the apartment.

The room was clean, and although small was fine for our needs, the apartment was ideal for walking around the city and sights, I doubt you'll find better for the price.

It's advertised as having free parking which is extremely misleading it implies free on-site parking when in fact it's free on street parking. We arrived after a 4hr drive unable to find any parking other than paid for I rang Alexandre to enquire about the free parking and was told there's no on-site parking but there's always parking spaces available nearby on the surrounding streets, when I said that's not what was advertised and had I known the situation before I wouldn't have booked it Alexandre's phone suddenly developed a problem and the call was terminated. Eventually after an hour I managed to find a place. From my limited experience it seemed to be easier to find spaces after 17:00 certainly not in the mornings / early afternoon.

The studio is small, but has everything necessary for a night's stay: confortable bed, good sized bathroom and a small kitchen. The location is great, there are plenty of places to park for free on the streets nearby and we were within walking distance of the downtown. The reception was also efficient: I called the host and he gave me all the information necessary regarding the check in and check out.

The studio was a little too small and there was not many places to put our bags. It was also not as clean as one would hope. There was a layer of dust in some surfaces and there was one large plastic plant (that was occupying space that could be used to put luggage) which was super dusty and, since I am allergic, that wasn't a pleasant finding at all.

Good location near to the centre of Amiens but a little difficult to find without map or satnav. Free parking nearby but in a public area and on a first come first served basis. Room is in a well lit virtually self-contained basement area. Fully equipped for self catering and with TV etc It is small and 'cosy' so maybe not for a long stay. Owner texted us with access details, which worked OK for us

Access corridor smelly as close to poubelles. Officious janitor to block wondered who we were, but was OK once he realised we were staying at the Cosy Studio. Quite a few people working on the electrics and gas to the block when we were there

The studio was superb and gave us nostalgic feelings. The size was appropriate for 2 people for a short stay. It was properly equipped and the place was truly quiet. Definitely was worth choosing it!

It was well located, lots of parking in the area. full kitchen equipment.

They divided an apartment in several studios, but there wasn't much space. I couldn't open my lugagge for example. It could have been cheaper.

Great location and easy access and parking although difficult to get a place! 10 minute walk to town so great location. Property is small but has everything you need. We loved it and appreciated the instructions from the owner which made everything very easy!

Perfect location

Pros: The bed is very comfortable. We slept very well. The location is quiet and very close to the city center (5 min. walking). We found a parking spot easily. The accommodation is well equipped.

Cons: The major downside was that it had mold in the bathroom (on the wall, behind the shower) and a little bit in one corner of the room. I suppose that it is because the bathroom ventilation is evacuating inside of the room.

small but very nice and clean studio flat. fully equipped with all the necessary items for a short stay. free parking in front of the building. Great support by Alexandre with all the relevant details on how to get access to the flat.
