Più di 125 piedi quadrati più grandi di qualsiasi altro noleggio nel complesso! Questo condominio spazioso e ben strutturato è stato recentemente rinnovato dalle borchie in! Condominio con 2 camere da letto / 1 bagno completo sulla Mile Road a pochi passi da Wells Beach con vista sulla palude sul lungomare. Internet wireless e finiture e arredi di alta qualità in verde acqua, blu e bianco. Nuove lenzuola e lenzuola fresche. Bar per la colazione per 3. Pranzo per 6 persone all'interno, nonché un tavolo da pranzo e sul ponte con vista sulla palude. Griglia Webber privata. Una camera da letto è arredata con un letto matrimoniale e una combinazione TV / DVD a schermo piatto. La camera da letto 2 è arredata con un letto matrimoniale / doppio sopra un letto a castello. Ogni camera ha un grande armadio e un ufficio e un condizionatore. La zona giorno è aperta sulla cucina e comprende un divano-letto matrimoniale estraibile e una TV a schermo piatto. Nuovissima cucina divertente ben attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile con lavastoviglie e mobili bianchi. Il condominio ha una nuova porta scorrevole in vetro, nuove finestre e anche nuovi pavimenti in laminato! Il condominio è dotato anche di molti giochi di famiglia! L'unica cosa che dovrai portare è teli da bagno e da spiaggia!
Questo condominio ha una bella grande area comune erbosa con tavoli da picnic con vista sulla palude! Questo è ottimo per frisbee e barbecue! Il parcheggio è piccolo e generalmente silenzioso e l'ingresso laterale si apre su un quartiere senza uscita dove i bambini possono andare in bici e scooter!
Il condominio si trova a pochi passi da Wells Beach, Varano, Billy's Chowder House, una piccola birreria / sala degustazione accanto, Hannaford, Reny's, Beachcomber, Forbes, The Steak House, Mike's Clam Shack, Mini Golf, un cinema, ecc. C'è anche una fermata del carrello proprio di fronte al condominio che può essere utilizzato per un giro più pigro verso la spiaggia o per collegarsi a Ogunquit, Kennebunkport e Sanford! Facile accesso alla palude per kayak, stand-up paddle, canoa e anche galleggiante! Un varo pubblico per imbarcazioni di tipo più piccolo è a meno di 1/4 di miglio di distanza. La posizione è imbattibile!

Great location! Very clean and perfect for the two of us. Everything worked well; quiet and friendly neighbors.

We had a good time here. The condo is very lovely. We enjoyed much that the area had to offer, but we were somewhat limited due to one of our party needing emergency surgery. Sarah is very friendly and answers all questions promptly.
I do agree with some of the previous comments that is really isn’t a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is .7 miles from the condo, and it would be difficult with small children. But it’s still very close overall.
We would stay again!

We had a great week, weatherwise and were able to check off a lot of things on our bucket list in Wells and surrounding areas. The best moment in the beginning of our trip, was walking into our rented condo and finding it perfect! The write up and cleanliness and amenities were to a "T". Thank you so much!

We enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s Condo. Neighbors are friendly and it’s close to everything. This has plenty of space for 1 family.
Only downside is that it’s not close to the beach. It’s about a 5 minute drive

Sarah the owner was lovely to work with. She was very responsive and respectful in all of our communications.
We had never before vacationed in Maine so we were unfamiliar with the town of Wells and Mile Road. We felt a little misled by the description and the reviews. The main purpose for this review is to give another perspective of staying here with children. We have two young daughters, ages 4 and 6. They are happy and excited souls and often they dance and skip. The unit is on the second floor and we got a noise complaint from all the happy jumping. We respectfully did our best to squelch their enthusiasm but it saddened us to ask our girls not to dance. (Additionally, the tenants below that complained were seemingly rebelling by played heavy-metal music and, what sounded like video-game playing, into the wee hours of the morning.)
In terms of location and walkability: many reviewers raved about the walk to the beach. It’s true, many beach goers walk this stretch of Mile Road but with our two young children, the busy road did not feel safe to walk. There are no sidewalks from the condo to the beach and it’s a very busy road.
Also, although there is a patio set on the deck, it’s noisy with many other tenants in the complex, and being right on Mile Road (passing traffic). It was not the respite we anticipated.
If you are traveling without children, it would likely be a much different experience. Like I said, the owner was lovely. It just wasn’t what we were looking for.

We had a great stay at Sarah's condo. Being able to walk to the beach, grocery store and restaurants was so convenient. The condo itself was clean, bright and comfortable. There was enough room for us and our kids who enjoyed the TV and the games too! Wells is a nice location that allowed us to visit Portland to the North and York and Ogunquit to the South. We had a lovely trip and will definitely return!

What a wonderful vacation we had in your condo. Thank you for allowing us to arrive early, and for the lovely gift bag you left us at the start of our stay. Your condo is immaculate and in such a great location. You provided absolutely every kitchen gadget and utensil we could have needed. We enjoyed having coffee on the deck and sunset dinners outside as well. We loved being able to walk to the beach, grocery store, mini golf, and all the restaurants that are nearby! Thank you so much for providing so much more than a place to rest our heads. We felt like we were at home all week. We hope to reserve again for next year! We will be in touch this winter.

The condo was extremely neat, clean and well furnished. It was central to many activities. Sarah was wonderful to deal with and has a great sense of humor. She was able to take care of all our needs, and was very accommodating.
From the condo it is a 10 minute walk to a great beach. A wonderful craft beer tasting room is right next door. The best donuts in Maine is a five minute walk. Litchfield's, a great spot to meet locals is only a few minutes away. A wonderful seafood restaurant, Billy's is a couple minute walk. The list goes on and on!
We used the condo a a base camp and could not have been happier. I would highly recommend this property!!!

We had a great week in this beautiful condo! We were out and about during the day, but looked forward to relaxing at the condo in the evening. Our two children had plenty of room to lounge around inside and out on the deck area. There is also a nice grassy area in front of the condo perfect for frisbee or lounging around. It is located near many attractions. The Hannafords is conveniently located next door. Sarah, the owner, was very helpful and even had the condo ready early on check in day, which was very appreciated!

We loved it here, the condo was so clean and the owners were very helpful, even leaving us a welcome gift. We loved being close to the beach and ogunquit. It was our first family vacation as a family of three and we had a great time!
