Michele host is fantastic and all facilities were as presented

Toilet bowl needed bleach. Shower is a fixed type.

Great hosts, great pool, nice drinks and snacks. Great for kids.

Could have provided toilet roll. Maybe a little more storage in the twin bedroom. Minor gripes.

The residence is 60m to the ricadi station. The owner Michael is amazing guy helping when we want to hire car rentals, dropping in his own car and helping in fixing the tyre change when tyre got busted. The rooms were clean and they clean swimming pool everyday. Have nice garden and barbecue. He allowed us to check in earlier :)

Would be nice if we have cleaning material and toilet paper but that’s not an issue at all. The Super market spar and others are nearby where you can grab all

Host was very kind, gave my son an ice cream upon our arrival, asked if everything was okay, communication before, during and after our stay was very good, apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to cook, pool was nice to relax in, private parking on the premises, there's a train station just one walking minute away that takes you into Tropea in 8 minutes, close to the beaches of Capo Vaticano, Pizzerias nearby, supermarkets as well, the apartment building has a bar and snacks to offer

Very nice and relaxing place, 2 minutes from the train station, free shuttle to the beautiful Groticelle and Tono beaches. Big pool always available. The host Michele and his mother was very kind and helpful, he made us feel even more confortable by offering us a free upgrade for the rooms we booked. It was a realy great relaxing week.

The apartment did not have any toiletries, not even toilet paper. Do not expect to cook something in the kitchen, it is not intended for this, there was no basic kitchen utensils, there was no knife, wine glasses, wine corkscrew, lighters for the stove, salt, sponge for washing dishes, etc...
