Everything. The apartment was lovely. Comfortable and pretty, it had everything we needed and was perfect for a 3-night stay (we had travelled for a wedding). Eliana has added lots of thoughtful touches and everything was pristinely clean. It is perfectly located in the centre of the town and easy to nip to the shops for provisions or walk to the bars and restaurants. Eliana and Giuseppe were so friendly and kind - meeting them added enormously to our stay.

What isn’t there to like? Guiseppe and his wife were wonderful hosts! We stayed for a long weekend as our friend got married and couldn’t have wished for a better place. It’s exactly as the pictures listed. We are full time travellers so the washing Maschine was a blessing :) Oh and all the nice bath products were a lovely addition.

The village was very hot unfortunately, but the place has a good fan that saved me.

Fantastic aparment in beautiful Monforte d'Alba. It it nice decorated and is situated in the center of the town. The host is perfect. Highly recommended.

We loved everything about this property! The location - right in the centre of town, the great design and pieces of furniture inside, the fact that it was extremely well equipped and had everything you could possibly need plus some lovely extra smellies in the bathroom!
Eliana & Giuseppe responded promptly to all my questions and it was great to meet them in person.

Everything- it's in a perfect location for Barolo, Alba and surrounding villages. The house was perfect, new, modern, tastefully decorated. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and more! We really hope to come and stay here again.

The most wonderful hosts in an authentic and beautiful home in the heart of Monforte D'Alba town. Located along a gently inclined cobbled street in the old town just moments from the delightful piazza with its great restaurants, bars, pasticcerie and caffetterie. The apartments are great value for money, wonderfully decorated and styled in a mix of classic Italian and vintage. Great attention to detail in every corner and space. Super comfortable beds, antique furniture and accessories, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with every area spotlessly clean. I have stayed in Monforte D'Alba on several occasions, but somehow missed seeing this great home – it isn’t like many of the other homes that are either too bland or resemble dental surgeries, and without the warmth of great people. The hosts went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced, always available to make sure you have a great stay. If you are looking for genuineness and warmth both from the home and its incredible hosts, Giuseppe and Eliana, then this is undoubtedly the best place to stay in town. I have already scheduled my next visit.

Very nice and spacious apartment, renovated and decorated with a lot of attention to detail. This was our second stay at the "Cà del Civich" and everything was perfect - again. We will definitely come back!
