great location and price

The room is directly on a street, it feels like you are staying in a storefront. The curtains don’t close all the way so it lets in a lot of light in the morning and the AC doesn’t go down below 17 degrees. The worst part was we had no WiFi the entire time. I emailed, called. texted all of the help lines provided to me and never got a response about the WiFi not working. Very unprofessional

heated towel tail broken so towels were wet from 1st day to last as no opening windows or service from cleaning staff, shower leaked out door onto floor of bathroom, no floor mat/towel, Main bed is pretty much springs no cushion. Worst thing was they changed PIN code to lock box in the middle of our stay with no message or communication Real annoying after a long day out.

The location is great and the unit has everything on it

Way to small for four prople. Mattres very unconfortable and poor maintenance, broken chairs.

On street entrance direct to living area. Shower needed maintenance.

Wan’t really a one bed room apartment. Maybe it is my misunderstanding of the definition of one bed room in Paris.

Location was good

It was super tiny, smaller than we thought, hard with a family of 4 and 4 large cases! Shower was small and dark, walls are painted a dark colour, felt a little claustrophobic.

The location and cleanliness of the place

Sofa sheets were a little dirty and no hand soap in the bathroom.
