Quick summary: If you want to be close to everything on foot and enjoy the nightlife, history and local cuisine rather than the beach, sea and swimming (because the water was cold and the weather quite windy), choose this place. It was nice to hear the rain falling on the skylight. There was a pleasant warm yellow light in the night lamps by the bed and in the chandelier above the bed, a sufficient number of sockets for chargers, a bidet, a warm yellow light above the sink, and strong heating gas in the burners, so the water boiled quickly. The biggest advantage - *everything was close by foot* : - proximity to the beach (right in front of the accommodation door), - proximity to a supermarket - 3-4 min. by foot, - it is close to the Torre Lapillo monument, restaurants, - square and markets where there are stalls every evening (with local refreshments but also magnets). This is really a big plus of this accommodation. But at the price of a cold sea. Other important advantage is a shared terrace (it is accessed from the corridor up the stairs, it is not directly at the level of the rooms), on which there is also a grill (with coal and a solid lighter), chairs, tables, clothes dryers and it has a nice view on the open sea and the beach. Also, a plus is a rack for shampoos in the shower, enough chairs and hangers in the room, hand soap, very pleasant soft towels (a large towel, a medium towel for the face/hair and a small towel for the hands) and a large comfortable bed with high-quality cotton sheets.

The room lacked a kettle, a microwave, which is still bearable, because there was a gas stove. But because there was no lighter (without which we couldn't turn on the gas) or basic things like salt, sugar, black pepper and dish soap, our steps had to lead immediately to the nearest store. At the same time, when we informed the owner about these missing (basic) things, we only received an answer about the lighter - that it used to be there, which didn't help us at all. Not even a word about the other things. At least he/she advised us the nearest store. There were dirty glasses in the kitchen cupboard (probably because the previous guests didn't have anything to wash them with. Like, sorry guys, but *NO ONE* will buy a dish soup on vacation, especially when they are there for only 2-3 days and this is usually a must in other accommodations). Other disadvantages were: the corners in front of the shower were dirty, you could hear people walking on the corridor which was unpleasant because it felt like they are trying to get to our room), there is no wifi connection (it's a pity, because the TV in the room is smart and includes Netflix, YouTube, Spotify for music while cooking or having breakfast), the air condition in certain modes emits a strange smell and there are power outages during storms. Confusing system of (not)renting of beach equipment - In the vestibule, right behind the entrance door, umbrellas, inflatables, beach chairs, laces, sunbeds, toys and other stuff were thrown on the ground. Evidently ready to be rented for hosts. But it seems like not all of them were to be borrowed and there was no sign or label for the beach stuff that could have been borrowed. We recommend to sufficiently mark the place in the vestibule where the beach equipment is stored and ready to be borrowed. We had a little argument over this with another host from the accommodation and it was very unpleasant and confusing to both parties.

This place is exceptional. The front door is literally 5 steps from the beach sand, it couldn't have been more convenient. Considering the location, it's less than 100m from the street where you could find many restaurants and two supermarkets nearby. The apartment is equipped with utensils for cooking and eating, a small cooktop and a fridge. There's a charming terrace upstairs, with a stunning sea view, where you could comfortable stay for drinks and snacks. The only window of the apartment is on the ceiling, but it didn't bother neither of us, it has very good blackout shades, and the air conditioner was great. Cleanliness is another remarkable point of the place. I cannot finish the review without mentioning the availability and the kindness of our host, which made every effort to facilitate our arrival, stay and departure from Torre Lapillo.

The place was awesome, I don't have any negative comments.

I loved that it was ON THE BEACH literally.
