Nous avons tout aimé! Très bien placé pour partir aux 5 Terre en bateau et pour profiter des soirées dans le centre L’appartement est spacieux, les chambres sont grandes, la literie confortable. Il y a du linge de lit et de toilette en nombre conséquent L’appartement est très bien équipé et très propre Tout était parfait, l’hôte nous a très bien accueilli et nous a donné de très bon conseil.

It’s just perfect. A lot of space even for big families. AC. All the appliance you may need. Very silent place. Very clean. Location is also very good, close to La Spezia train station (best point to start Cinque Terre trip). Apartment owner was extremely helpful and nice person, who came earlier than us just to find us parking place by the house, and keep it for us. A nice breakfast was also left for us in the fridge.

Everything was perfect.

Breakfast with lots of common menus including varieties of fruits, choices of coffee & tea, youghout, breads, cereals, drinks were made available in the kitchen/freeze. Extra pillows and blankets readily availables in the wardrobe. Realy feel at home with many display of toys. Washing mashine, detergent, ironing & hangers readily available. The wi-fi work very well for telephone, internet and also for variaty of TV channels. Really enjoy the stay and also the surrounding close by shop and cafe.

There are lots of parking lots within the area, but to find the empty one close to the entrance is really depend on the luck.

Central location, friendly host, parking available on the street. Excellent pizza restaurant around the corner!

The host and the accommodation were 10/10. Everything was clean and comfortable. I can't fault this accommodation if you are going to La Spezia stay here.

A big well equipped apartment, located a bit far from the center but a very good option for tourists who are staying for 1-2 nights. There are products for breakfast.

The beds are not very comfortable and at night (weekend) it was quite noisy from the outside.

The apartment is great and the host is very welcoming. She lead us to the apartment and was really nice. The apartment was very clean, comfortable. The fridge was full of food and beverages, we had all the appliances and accessories, so we really felt like home. Recommend.
