We always enjoy our stay at Pirate's Treasure. the house is well appointed and plenty of storage for food and drinks so we don't have to leave the beach to go into town. we especially enjoy having a covered area on the deck as we had some rainy days and could still enjoy being outside.

The ambience is indulging and welcoming. The view from the deck is absolutely beautiful even coming from the inside. The set up outside on the deck including downstairs was really thought out very convenient and relaxing.The home was fully equipped with everything we needed. From cookware to bedding, towels including beach supplies. Out of everything the kids room including the well supplied kids toys was an experience i know my kids will have with them forever. Overall it is well worth every penny. Our family will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic home in a great location. Situated on a very wide stretch of beach with spectacular sunrise views from the massive deck. The house comes equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beach, we literally left half our gear in the cars!

We stay in Surfside every year for a week. I would say this is probably the nicest rental we've had so far. The proximity to the beach can't be beat. I initially thought the lack of a walkover would be a downside, but because of the closeness, you absolutely didn't need a walkover and it would have made the trip more cumbersome. Lots of fridge/freezer space which is always needed by our large group. I would also like to note the checkout procedures were by far the simplest we've ever had. There's a good chance we'll be staying here again next year.

Surfside has been our families little getaway spot for over 12 years. This beach house is one of our favorites! The house is so close to the beach that it doesn't even need one of those walkover bridges to get there. You simply walk through the meticulously manicured yard and you are right on the beach. The first thing that struck us was the awesome setup on the deck. Five large high-rise chairs grace the front rails, allowing for hours of gorgeous sea views. There are two other seating areas. One with a large propane fueled fire table, and another nestled comfortably under the shade. An outside counter-top and sink is also accompanied by a fridge and freezer (perfect for larger groups with lots of food and drinks). The inside of the house was spotlessly cleaned, and all of the bedrooms were equally cozy and inviting. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. Anyone who "beach houses" often will tell you that the most frustrating thing is to have a kitchen with just the very bare minimum of plates/cups/bowls. This kitchen not only has everything you could possibly need...in some cases it has two or three!! The owner of the property (Ross) was so helpful and the most gracious host you could ever wish for. You can tell that he genuinely cares about the enjoyment of your stay (unlike the bigger companies). 5 stars all around for Ross!! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. We hope to see you again real soon.

The house is probably the nicest I've ever rented. It is well maintained, perfect for large groups, and is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a great time at the beach. The deck is spacious and has plenty of seating. Kitchen and bathrooms are clean and updated. Owner was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!

The home was clean and roomy, easily accommodating our large family in town for a wedding with plenty of room for parking as well.

This house was exactly what our family was looking for. Amazing views of the beach, plenty of room for everyone to enjoy, and a fully-stocked kitchen for cooking great meals. The owner was very easy to work with and genuinely wanted to do whatever needed to make sure we had a great stay. We certainly did. Our group of friends and family (7adults / 10 kids) have made 19 annual fall beach trips, and, no exaggeration, this is hands-down the best property we've stayed at. I almost hate to submit a review because I want to keep the secret for myself. Your older and younger travelers will appreciate the incredibly short/simple walk to the beach, and parents will love hanging out on the deck while keeping an eye on the kids at the beach. We've never stayed at a property with such a well-stocked kitchen and other amenities such as beach toys, shovels, wagons, chairs, and soooooo many refiigerators. Plenty of comfortable beds for the entire crew, and really thoughtful/unique design features throughout. Ross, the host, was exceptionally easy to work with and communicate with, and our group will absolutely rebook this property. As with any beachfront property, you can expect certain times of the year to have some thick mosquitos, so be prepared for that possibility. If you have someone in your group with mobility issues, be advised you have to navigate stairs to enter the home.

Absolutely loved this Surfside home! Plenty of room for 6 couples and some little ones. Like others have said, Ross does an amazing job of keeping the place stocked with everything you could need. The only note I’d say is to make sure you bring your own body wash / hair products as that’s not stocked. Not a huge issue, but good to know!

We love Pirates Treasure and have stayed here for many years. The house is spacious and great for multi generational families. The open kitchen and long bar are great! Extra fridge on the porch and wine fridge inside come in handy. Lots of beach toys for the kids at the house. The owner is super responsive and quick to help with any questions or issues. What a fabulous home! They thought of absolutely everything! We’ve rented beach homes at Surfside for the past seven years and we finally found the perfect one for our family of 13! Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen was provided…tons of dishes, pots & pans, utensils, muffin tins, cake pan, cookie sheets, baking dishes, crockpot, wok, blender, hand mixer, griddle, sharp knives, 5-gallon water cooler, two coffee makers! More than enough seating! The bedrooms were all very comfortable, and the additional big living room upstairs was perfect for movie night for the kids…complete with the popcorn machine! The deck was my absolute favorite! Huge, plenty of chairs, beautiful fire pit, BBQ, hammock, and part of it was always shaded! There is even a little yard that our dogs loved, and the path to the beach was well maintained and lit! He has lots of beach toys and plenty of chairs, and two huge wagons to haul everything! I just can’t say enough about this home! Ross is an excellent host and we were so happy to meet him! Looking forward to next year!!

Our second time to rent and stay at Pirate's Treasure... didn't think could get any better, but it did!! Many thanks to Ross, the host, as is such a pleasure communicating and working with him. The beach house is spacious and comfortable and has everything you could need inside and outside. The fabulous deck is so nice for gatherings for eating, playing games or just relaxing. The weather was perfect and the surf fishing was incredible this trip. We are so convinced this is the perfect beach house for us that we are now planning our third trip to return later this Summer!

The property is as described and better than described! We usually take things to cook meals as my husband is very particular but this house had EVERYTHING and ANYTHING you could image for cooking and entertaining. We spent a very rainy long weekend on Spring Break. The house is right on the beach and the beach was NOT crowded, even on the one day the sun came out for the entire afternoon.
Ross was awesome. We had the internet go out on Friday evening and when I texted him, he asked a few questions, made sure it wasn't anything we needed to do and he called Xfinity and got the internet back in just a few minutes. He was totally nice about it too. Even on a weekend night. He was a great host and I appreciated it so much!
I cannot say enough good things about the property, the beach quality and the attentiveness of out host. We will be back again for sure. Thank you for facilitating a great experience for our family.

My family and I have suffered a great loss in the family Christmas last year and needed to spend Christmas somewhere different. We enjoyed this beachouse tremendously lots of room for everyone. It was clean and rooms were really nice and spacious and comfortable with ceiling fans or heaters and box fans, and cable tv in almost every room. There was plenty of seating to eat or just hang out. The outside deck had a gorgeous view with lots if seating and a fireplace and outdoor kitchen! We enjoyed our stay very much and would rent this home again!!

The house is amazing and beautiful and it was so perfect for our family get together!! It is equipped with absolutely everything!! The deck is fabulous and the fire pit & hammock add to the relaxing atmosphere the beautiful beach provides. The beds were all so comfy - everyone loved them.
