The neighborhood is very quiet and the place is always clean. This was our second time here and we will be back Owner is extremely helpful and nice.

Denise and Robert's VRBO home in Bullhead City, AZ was everything we hoped for and more. The pool was an added bonus and the surrounding palm trees added that perfect tropical touch. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet and the night skies and sunsets were gorgeous. Going into Bullhead City to do some shopping was quick and easy. Having Laughlin and its casinos right across the river was also an interesting adventure - even won a few jackpots. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that has it all. Louise, Norbert and Lori

The house was exactly what we needed. The pool is gorgeous and the couch was roomy enough for the whole family. We had a very comfy stay. Will definitely be renting this property again!

I love this home. This was our third time re-booking. It’s always clean and cozy. We always enjoy the swimming pool and love how close it is to the river and Casinos.

We had a great time staying here, felt like a little home away from home with the nice notes the owner left. The neighborhood is very nice. The house was very clean and the pool was great with the warm weather. Will definitely stay here again if we visit the area.

Enjoyed this property. It had everything we needed. The pool landscape was beautiful. I would recommend this home.

I was disappointed by several things at this property. 1) I sent pictures of the terrible cleaning to Denise. She was very sorry and sent the cleaning lady back the next day and said that her husband would reimburse my credit card for one night. (I haven't received the reimbursement yet and it's been over 2 weeks) The only thing that the cleaning lady did was wipe out the stove. Nothing else was touched. 2) Refrigerator not wiped and there was expired food in it. 3) Dirty Dishes out in the patio area 4) Pool lights and waterfall did not work 5) Toys and debris in back yard from previous guests 6) Several light bulbs burned out throughout the house. Several other small items... I will say that the Homeowners were very nice via text and phone - even apologetic that this happened. Unfortunately nothing was fixed or cleaned during my week and a half stay and I just dropped over $2k and I can't stay anywhere else as I would not be reimbursed. I'm sure owning a VRBO is great but I think consideration should be given to hiring a maintenance company to check the yard, pond, lights, etc. if you do not live near the property. Or perhaps the cleaning company could poke their head out the back door and pick up the dishes or debris left by former guests? Somebody needs to take responsibility to check the property to make sure that it's ready for the next guests.

This house is close to golf, walking, Colorado River, and casinos. Beautiful views and short distances on to the places we wanted to go to. Quite area. Saw lots of hummingbirds! Enjoyed the pack patio are. Nice spot to eat meal.

I love that the place was clean. I wish the pool was heated but other than that was a nice stay!

House has everything you need and a great location. Denise was easy to communicate with.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property even tho we weren’t there much. After a long day of cleaning out a house to get ready for an estate sale it was nice to come back to a relaxing comfortable home. I would highly recommend this place and hope it available in the future when we have to come back to do more work. Very nice home!

We know the region Bullhead City/Laughlin since yeers! Our son lives in Kingmann/Golden Valley, half an hour drive away, and for 2022 we decided to rent a house in Bullhead City, and we found the home of Denise. A wonderful and warm destionation, where we are staying three weels in October 2022. We have visited many places all over the world and in the US for holidays, and we stayed in 5-star hotels and condos and holiday-homes as well. In Germany, where we now live (Rhine-valley near Cologne) we manage also a cozy 3-bedroom Bungalow surrounded by a large garden, which is different! Here in the Deserrt Song-house in Bullhead City we feel like home and a little bit more: every morning (and all day long) we enjoyed the perfect pool :-)))))! Conclusion: for us is: Desert Song is one of the best destinations we have been! A big hug and thank you for Denise, who gave us her home for three weeks! P.S. We are looking forwar to 2023!!!!

This is our second time staying at Denise’s home. We were so excited to rebook. Her home is very clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed. Her swimming pool is amazing and I love that her home is close to the river and Casino’s. Thank you Denise it was a pleasure. I will look forward to next time.

This is the second time my family has stayed in this home. It's nice, clean and very comfortable. The pool is a bonus when coming home from a day on the river. It's just a short drive to the water for the day, and casinos in Laughlin at night. We will definitely stay again. Denise is pleasant to work with and very attentive. She communicates quickly if & when needed. All around a great experience.

My husband and I enjoyed our 30 year anniversary at this great property, enjoyed the sun each other and the POOL.

Overall the place I amazing.

We arrived late in the evening, but still allowed the kids to take a dip in the pool. We all swam several times. The location was great and there were so many fun family things to do in town and within a short distance. We’d definitely rent here again.

Great home. We felt very comfortable. House was stocked very well. Very close to drive to Laughlin for some gambling. Checking in was very easy. Any thoughts of selling your home? Loved it.

Denise was a great communicator. The property was exactly as listed. The only downfall was that the pool wasn't heated, but we knew that before we arrive, so it was expected. Overall great place to stay for our weekender.

It was nice! Enjoyed the sunshine but would have enjoyed a heated pool too. Cute house, good neighborhood. Could use cleaning and organizing of the cupboards and dishes. Would recommend though.

Nice place to stay. Clean, nice neighborhood, good location., easy access to off/roading. You can’t park in the garage, but you can park in the driveway and on the side of the house. The owner is nice. Pool, but no spa.

such a great house to stay in for the week. all of the things you need to feel right at home. Host was so good with communications and was a pleasure to work with. Great experience!
