The unit needs an upgrade on the sleeper couches. Ours were very worn out.

Accommodation was clean and spacious, view was great. Good communication with managers.

You need to provide a damage deposit per EFT. If you are not SAn and have no account in a local bank, this can be tricky as the reimbursement is also done per EFT to a local account. The problem has been resolved by charging CC and paying it off in cash afterwards, this made a lot of unnecessary stress.
For air-con, you need to buy tokens. If you are in the holiday season, when the reception is closed for a couple of days you may end up dying in the heat...

we had no water due to the floods

putt putt was great, place was very clean.lovely balcony with braai facility. Very spacious living area.
Needed more staff visibility. Information on things to do and see in the area.

Situated in an excellent area and convenient for all your amenities. Really enjoyed the comfortness, quietness and flexibility.
Single beds are a bit too small.

we stayed at 18 , didn't like walking up the stairs with our bags , the lift is too far away .

The view is great, beds are comfortable and everything was very clean..
The restaurant on the ground floor was also very convenient and has good food..
The lift stopped working which made things quite difficult having a pram and a toddler while going up and down the stairs..

The place was spacious and neat. The view was stunning. Overall amazing experience.
