I liked breakfast. I liked the accessibility to metro. I liked that room was clean.

I did not like the fact that room was not cleaned was even once after we came. There was no room cleaning service everyday. In the kitchen there were no plates to eat food. Even trash was not cleared every day. No fresh towels were given everyday. No change if sheets were done. Even toiletries were very less.

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Buono il prezzo. Buono il fatto che davanti ci sia un supermercato.

Staff praticamente assente, non c'è una vera e propria hall. Appena arrivati abbiamo avuto un disguido con la stanza che abbiamo trovato non pulita dal personale ma, per fortuna, dopo una chiamata, il problema è stato risolto concedendoci un cambio di stanza. Ogni tanto si sentiva cattivo odore proveniente dalle tubature .

Ottima posizione a pochi metri dalla metro,colazione abbondante compresa nel prezzo dal lunedì al venerdì,prodotti di buona qualità,camera al di sopra delle mie aspettative

Disponibilità ad accogliere i bagagli ma bisogna arrivare prima delle h12,nel pomeriggio l’accettazione riapre alle 16,30

La chambre était un peu fraîche avec le temps qui s’est refroidie.

Apartment is really nice and clean, building is modern and new. Location just few steps from metro and bus. Supermarket over the road. Really appreciated that the key was handed over contactless as it was very late when I arrived.

Central heating was not on and there was no spare heating provided as it was really cold in the room and the host was informed about the chill room. Breakfast served from 7:00-9:30, wich could be extended by 10:30.

Чистый и современный отель, комфортное проживание. Имеется мини-кухня, холодильник, печь СВЧ, посудомоечная машина, в ванной комнате есть фен. Приветливый персонал на ресепшен, по будним дням предоставляются европейские завтраки, которые уже включены в стоимость при бронировании. Район спокойный, через дорогу от отеля большой супермаркет. Для недолгого пребывания в Париже отличный вариант.

Отель расположен очень далеко от центра. Если пользоваться метро, то до площади Республики 17 остановок, есть возможность пользоваться автобусом 217 и затем пересаживаться на RER, но для этих поездок лучше иметь проездной билет. При нашем заселении на мини-кухне были только 2 тарелки и 2 стеклянных бокала. На чашек, ни стаканов, ни мисок или тарелок другого размера не было. Пришлось через пару дней просить на ресепшен принести в номер посуду, которая должна была бы быть с самого начала. Тарелки добавили, а чашек так и не принесли, невозможно было выпить чай или кофе. Поэтому соотношение цена/качество - 8.

Very late check-in time 4:30pm and very early check-out time 10am - there was only 1 pan to cook

Raport calitate pret ok. Pretul invinge , naveta facuta cu metroul pana la obiectivele din centru Parisului. Intermarche aproape, pentru mici cumparaturi. Camera, sau mai bine zis miniapartamentul, cochet, Patul confortabil. Geamul spre curtea interioara, foarte llinistita. Mic dejun bun pentru startul zilei. Cafeaua buna.

Good shower, comfortable bed, metro right outside, clean.

One sachet of tea, one sachet of coffee, no milk - for two people for three days... A bit too far to the centre of Paris for us, and a bit of a walk to find good cafes.

- Property was just outside the metro station, which came in extremely handy - As our stay was short (Fri eve to Mon morning) we did not use many of the amenities, but there was a bar style table for eating, plenty storage space, desk, bedside table, etc. We got few items to get us started (dish detergent sachets, sponge, small dishwasher table, small shower gel sachet, bar of soap) which was very handy. One bath towel each which for a short stay was enough - we were able to collect the keys ourselves from a key box which was very handy as we arrived very late - building and surroundings were very quiet - there was a basic breakfast on Monday (jam, butter, brioche bread, tea, coffee, cereal, yoghurt)

- the floors were not cleaned before our stay / had not been cleaned properly - I recommend not walking barefoot - found few hairs around the house - we tried mopping the bathroom floor and the mop actually left the floor dirty. The mop had loads of hairs on it that then transferred to the floors - despite writing in English the responses came in French - there was no issue after all but we were a bit nervous that maybe things might have been misunderstood and we won't have access to the property - be mindful of where the apartment actually is: from the entrance walk straight ahead, don't turn left as it seems that the building has two sections and unfortunately both sections have the same apartment numbers. We tried opening the wrong door for half an hour. Maybe the agency can include this in the instruction message sent before - to advise people that they should go straight through the 3 doors before turning left for the lift. -a little far from the touristic attractions (roughly 1h) but handy having metro downstairs

Proche du metro donc la localisation, propre, calme et spacieux

On a loué pour 4 jours, mais on a meme pas changé une fois les serviettes ni les housses couvettes etc. On a demandé à la femme de menage quon a vu par hasard, elle nous a dit qu'elle a pas le droit, on a demandé a lacceuil, elle nous a dit quelle allait apporter mais elle esr partie. Je me demande si on avaut loué 10 jours donc on etait obligé de sessuyer avec les memes serviettes pendant 10 jours. Etant client si on a pas le droit dechange,faut bien indiquer qq part

Easy access and near to a metro station

Reception area is not easily accessible and also check in should be made more flexible.

Très bon séjour pour ma soeur et moi. Très bon accueil de la part de béatrice. Emplacement magnifique. Calme. Bouche de métro et station de bus permettant un déplacement partout à Paris. En somme, on reviendra.

Les oreillers ne nous ont pas aidées à passer de bonnes nuits😞😞😞

The flat was tiny but clean, and well equipped. Tiny kitchen, tiny fridge, and not much room for the baggages. But it had nice kitchenware. The metro station is super close, it's a big advantage.

There was no AC, so the only option was the window to have some fresh air... during the summer it's not ideal. The bed was way too soft and not so massive. It's far far away from the city, downtown.

Nonostante la posizione leggermente decentrata, avere la metro a pochi metri dalla struttura lo ritengo un plus!

La pulizia e’ da migliorare, inoltre suggerirei il cambio asciugamani almeno a giorni alterni!

Tout était ok

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié, l’emplacement proche de la sortie sur l’A86, tous les commerces de proximité, juste à côté , avec des restaurants, la station de métro à la porte de l’hôtel, ligne 8, qui traverse Paris de Est à l’Ouest Et toutes les portes d’entrée sécurisées

Le manque de réception, et les heures de la cafétéria manque un distributeur automatique pour un minimum de boissons chaudes Pas de cafetière électrique dans le logement

La struttura si presenta bene, ha il minimo e indispensabile. Si esce dal portone e sul lato destro si trova la metro n. 8. Difronte alla struttura invece c’è un centro commerciale dove puoi fare la spesa, ci sono anche dei piccoli ristoranti, tra cui uno che somiglia vagamente alla cucina italiana. Altro punto a favore, la colazione in struttura la mattina, tranne il sabato e la domenica che è chiusa.

Mancanza di climatizzatore e pulizia che lasciava a desiderare anche se veniva fatta a giorni alterni.

Je souhaite éventuellement que lorsque nous oublions nos clés dans l'appartement, un numéro d'appel pour pouvoir accès à nouveau rentrer dans le logement, sinon ? c'est un réel problème. Merci de prendre en considération cette demande.

L'accueil et l'amabilité de l'ensemble du personnel. Bus, métro et commerce à proximité. Petit déjeuner correct. Mention Spéciale à Béatrice pour son professionnalisme. Je recommande vivement.

Presenza proprio di fronte di un centro commerciale con un forno di buona qualità (ottimi croissant, ottimo caffè e pane). Check-in on line. Vicinanza aeroporto Orly, raggiungibile comodamente solo kn taxi

Tempo per raggiungere il centro e attrazioni principali non indifferente (dai 40 minuti ad 1h e più). Colazione basica e modesta, bisognerebbe però migliorare almeno il servizio: alle 08:30 non solo era difficile trovare qualcosa da mangiare (yogurt, frutta etc..) ma anche tovaglioli, piatti puliti ed inutili sono stati gli sforzi per richiamare l’attenzione dalla cucina. La zona di sera è deserta e non ci sono locali/ristoranti aperti. Gli uffici sono chiusi in determinati orari/giorni per cui, ad esempio, non è possibile usufruire del deposito bagagli in alcuni orari/giorni.

Even though there is metro arriving right in front of the place, it is still some distance to the center and unfortunately the metro ends around midnight

No one welcomed us or informed us about the breakfast or other facilities that were available. You will have to pay a fine for not doing your dishes, however, there's no washing gel or sponge available. There's a dish washer but no gel or capsules. We had to purchase all of it on the shop. You will be fined for not throwing your garbage out. However, there's no garbage bags available on the apartment nor someone tells you where to throw out your grabage nor there are containers. The bed sheets were with stains, you could see that someone had left saliva stains on the pillowcase. That was seriously disgusting. We stayed for 5 days in the summer and we had only one towel for each with no ability to get another one. Seriously? For the first 3 days we didin't have access to wifi and only recieved explanation when we contacted the host. No hair dryer available. The dishes were dirty so we had to rewash them before using them. Good thing that we bought the sponges :D. We asked for a business invoice when we booked the stay(with company details) no one contacted us about it and when we asked turns out they already generated invoice and couldn't include our business properties for accounting purposes. I guess you get what you paid for. The booking cost was low and after my review you can understand why.
