We were impressed with location and view, beach, waves and sunset. Manager was always very responsive to our inquiries. Walk out door and miles of beach before us. Very lovely. For sure would return.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The updated condo is beautifully furnished, the beds are comfortable and it’s nice having full instead of single beds. Everything you need is in this condo. The showers are new and aesthetically pleasing. The view is the best selling feature, waking up every day in every room to the view of the white sands and Gulf of Mexico! Elaine was communicative and helpful. We absolutely adored staying here and want to return in the future!

We have stayed on Siesta Key several times and our week in this unit was perfect. Check in was easy using the information provided by the owner. Right away we saw how nice the decor and furnishings were, and how clean the unit was upon arrival (impeccable!). The unit had all the amenities we needed, especially in the kitchen. It has been a while since we had a relaxing time to ourselves, and this place was the perfect place to enjoy ourselves and get some R&R. The view was amazing and it was so nice sitting on the (large) lenai listening to the waves. The beach was amazing (you can not beat that powder white sand!) and there is access to chairs/ lounges on site ( area is private for renters only) . The pool was a nice relaxing spot to visit. We didn't take advantage, but there was an outdoor grill available. The location was great, it is a nice walk over the entire beach length, but I rented a bike which was convenient (walked about a block to rent one), and one time used the Siesta Key Trolley which is a great way to get to either end of the island (Siesta Key Village on the north which has lots of restaurants and shopping, or Turtle Beach on the south which is great for shelling). During our visit we checked out some of the attractions within a walk or short drive (including the Sunday drum circle, Mote lab/aquarium, St. Armands circle, Sarasota bay front/marina, Myakka park). On our next visit we will seek this unit out!

The condo has been updated but the building is still dated. My wife is handicapped and the only elevator went down and she struggled to get up to 6 floors. The elevator was not fixed until the next day.

Property was great, the only things we noticed that could be improved upon was the front door of the property. We have a toddler and like many toddlers he likes to explore. The front door cant be locked on the inside so we had to barracade the door so he couldnt get out especially at night while we slept. And maybe the amount of carts for luggage and groceries. So many people leaving on the same day at the same time

Elaine & Don were very quick to respond to some issues at our arrival, and provided an amazing alternative. The stay was remarkable largely due to their understanding, kindness and quick responses. Can’t ask for better hosts than that!

The condo was exactly as described and featured in the photos! It had up-to date appliances, very nice furniture, and comfortable beds and bedding. The best part was the large, screened-in balcony that overlooked the ocean. We would highly recommend staying here.

This was our third stay on Siesta Key but first at Crescent Arms. The extra expense for the ocean view was definitely worth it! The beds/furniture were very comfortable. Providing beach towels was much appreciated! Chair service on the beach was great and the mad dash for “front row seats” was entertaining.(Note:there are plenty of chairs!) This is the first place I’ve stayed that I had to purchase toilet paper(maybe 1/2roll in each bathroom upon arrival) We are looking forward to staying here again!

Wonderful location. The windows in the living room and bedrooms provided an excellent view of the ocean. The beach chiars are set up every morning by the association, its a wonderful service. It would have been nice to have laundry in the condo, and all they security gates at the entrance are overkill and annoying for a safe neighborhood.

The view was amazing as described. The condo is very nice. I love that Elaine provided a limited amount of plastic wrap, spices, etc that is not always included. The balcony was used every morning and several nights listening to the ocean. You can see dolphins from up there. We did not rent a car and didn’t need one. We love to walk to restaurants and enjoyed the music after. Took the trolley to the village to hit some of the night spots. Our hearts still belong to Fort Myers Beach but this couldn’t have been a better u-turn.

Love this condo has everything you need. We had great weather all week. We parked the car when we got there and never drove anywhere. All restaurants are walking distance. Highly recommend Big water fish market. Hog fish is delicious. Dawn

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the brief time we were there. Unfortunately hurricane Ian had other plans. Elaine was great to communicate with and very helpful at every turn. Would definitely return in the future.

The location was perfect! Rooms were well appointed and stocked accordingly. Breath taking Beach Front veiws from the balcony. The sand was cool to the touch even at the hottest times of the day! Beach chairs are provided (up to 6). Beach umbrellas are reasonally priced($15 per day or $75 wk). Free shuttle service to and from different points in Siesta Key, We THOROUGHLY enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The condo was a great place to stay. The view of the Gulf was fantastic, which we enjoyed every morning and evening. It was clean and right on the beach.

Condo was nice, clean, and beachey. Not very many bath towels, did laundry several times but washer and dryer on each floor, so that was convenient. Crescent Arms has very tight security which is nice. We would definitely stay at this location again; check-in was the easiest experience I’ve had booking through VRBO. Overall a wonderful time for everyone!

This property is immaculate and so very comfortable. The living room furniture is high end leather. The beds are very comfortable - just the right firmness (for us anyway). The kitchen has everything you need. The screened lanai runs the entire length of the condo! And the view is breathtaking! We will definitely be back. This is our second time staying at this property. We love it. Already booked again for next year. So wonderful to just sit out and watch the water right from the condo.

This condo had a beautiful view and it was very clean.. It was also well stocked with everything we needed!

Overall very nice condo with great location. We noticed some food stains on kitchen cabinets and on last day noticed shower in second bathroom leaked. We unfortunately had a week with broken elevator, which could not be helped. Owner quickly responded to our report of clogged sink in second bathroom. We did enjoy the stay and the fantastic beach.

As usual, had a great time at this property. Very clean and the views are fantastic.

This was our second stay at Crescent Arms, but our first in this condo. The view was stunning, the condo clean and comfortable- just as advertised. We couldn’t have asked for a better week. We would rent this condo again.

My spouse and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at this wonderful condo in Siesta Key. The property has gated entry with entrance code, as well as a covered car port which made coming and going quite easy. The unit itself looked exactly like the pictures, very clean with modern kitchen appliances, and had all the utensils one would need for cooking. The floor-to-ceiling sliding windows to the balcony provided for spectacular views of the ocean, phenomenal sunsets oh, and the opportunity to catch a glimpse of dolphins just a few hundred feet off the shore. It is nicely located, with quick access to the highway to the remainder of Sarasota county oh, and it's just down the road from the Siesta Key village. The beach itself is stunning, one of the most beautiful we have seen in the world. When the tide is out there are glistening ponds of saltwater, and the water is largely calm. We saw Dolphins several times, many seabirds, and the beach was free of commercial enterprises. We visited in November, so the evenings were cool enough to open the sliding patio door to the master bedroom and enjoy the sea breeze and the sound of the ocean. It was very peaceful, and provided the relaxation so desperately needed after almost two years of the pandemic. We highly recommend this condo for anyone who wants a peaceful beach vacation, with the ability to shop and dine locally. For someone who wants a nicer night out for dining, we highly recommend Ophelia's on the Bay. The food, service, and ambiance was amazing.

Absolutely love this condo. Already booked for next year 😀. This condo is right on the beach with beautiful views. We never drove the whole time here. There are great restaurants walking distance. Great beach to find seashells 🐚. Can’t wait to go back 🌝🌴🌊🐬
