The apartment was fabulous, and the view as soon as we opened the door was WOW.
We had a little with the canopy not retracting back but this was very quickly sorted. The sound of the waves in the evening was lovely. The location is perfect right on the promenade and the beach straight in front of you. The restaurant lights on the sign in apartment 2 are a bit in the way but did not spoil our stay. Would return. Excellent facilities in the apartment and exceptionally clean.

we missed a swimming pool but the sea was at our doorstep.

Loved the location and the view from the apartment and the facilities provided were great also!
We didn’t like the early morning noise from the restaurant below when the cleaners were in early .....
They started some mornings at 5.30 and other mornings at 6.30,as they woke us up at these times every morning!
They used to be cleaning and sweeping and moving the furniture around and making a lot of noise

The location is fabulous right in the centre of Playa Blanca overlooking the sea. Apartment clean and spacious with all amenities.
The apartment is above a restaurant is above a restaurant which isn't a problem except for very early in a morning when I presume it is being cleaned etc. as you can hear furniture being dragged around and banging. But it didn't spoil our holiday.And if you are on a later flight there is no where to leave luggage.

Fabulous apartment with great views and lovely balcony. We were pleased to be able to use the washing machine after 10 days on Fuerteventura. It was easy to get to the place from the ferry and we had no problems getting in and out of the apartment. There is a comfortable sofa and the kitchen easily met our needs as we ate out!
We were very worried before our arrival as we were asked to check in via a website link and to scan our passports and to put in the credit card details. Something we didn't expect when booking with booking.com who we trust with our details. As it happened we were able to check-in at the office nearby which was a great relief. We wouldn't have been able to do this at a weekend or during the evening when the office is closed.

The view is incredible, I sincerely cannot say how it could be better. The apartment itself is completely renovated with great taste and all the amenities needed. It is an incredible property, right in front of the sea and the paseo marítimo, but has all the privacy needed at the same time.
Although noise isolation from the outside is perfect, that's not the case from the inside. You can hear the neighbours because of the old construction (vibrations). That might be a pain, particularly at night.

Modern, clean apartment, superb location overlooking beach.
The entrance door difficult to open, it took a while to get the ‘knack’ of pulling door towards yourself to release lock. No facility to leave luggage if no late check out available.

everything about this apartment is perfect, the view is spectacular, perfect location for morning swim in the sea , and very close to some fantastic local restaurants, a lovely stay , it was our first and it certainly will not be our last .

Apartment is beautiful. Extremely comfy and the balcony is fantastic. The balcony has a retractable roof should the heat become too much during the days.
The staff member Domingo was extremely helpful. Available on WhatsApp whenever needed.
The WiFi could be a but stringer.

The apartment was in a perfect front line position with panoramic views over the bay across to Fuertaventura.

Bright, spacious apartment with a nice balcony and a terrific view over the promenade of Playa Blanca. Everything is very close and can be reached easily by foot.
We felt a bit like anonymious tourists.
Owner did never show up personally and only contacted us once prior to our stay for business reasons (Payment in advance, Passport copy).
Also, a bit more than half a roll of toilet paper, some coffee and a tab for the dish washer would have been pleasant for us. Several accomodations we had before, were better equipped here and also there was a personal contact to the owners who were really interested in our stay.

Nice modern apartment. Very large compared to other 1 bed apartments. Excellent sea views and views of the promenade. Well equipped.
Noisy 3 electric motors running 24/7 below the apartment made it difficult to sleep at night. I did complain but nothing was done to stop them in the evening. Building work carried out below us in the restaurant including radio or tv between midnight and 6am. No English tv.
