Breakfast is delicious, highly recommended the basket of bread. The design and decoration is very delicate.

The toilet had a strange smell of sewer; dripping sound last for 5 min that persists for a while after someone upstairs uses the shower( it was happening at the midnight); TV remote is broken.

New and well decorated facilities.

High cost for what it offers. Very small room that looked more like a corporate hotel. No view and noisy. Breakfast was very noisy with loud music playing and service was slow - for each cup of coffee I would have to go up to a line and wait for someone to serve me. Small Bathroom with a leak few amenities. Overall, really not worth the price or what they advertise.

Restaurant staff was very attentive and kind.

The Hotel is not at the 5-star level it charges for. In fact, it is among the most expensive 5-star offerings in the area, more expensive than Grande Hotel Campos do Jordao which is superior in exactly every imaginable aspect: spaciousness of rooms, quality of food, and beauty of the surrounding estate primarily. Service at Quebra-Noz was very good though, with attentive and kind staff, but it just doesn't make up for the fact that it charges too far above the quality of its infrastructure.

The stuff of the hotel were efficient and super friendly!
