Beautiful property and location. We have been staying in Bee Branch units for 20 years and have stayed at this property a few times in the past. Unfortunately, the management team is severely lacking and hard to get in touch with. Problems were not resolved while we were there and it was unfortunate as we loved the house itself and the location is perfect.

Clean, updated unit. Very nice. No coffee available, but Keurig machine there. Everything was in great condition. Walk out the back to the slopes.

The location was great, the condo was great and had everything you needed. It is a little difficult to load/unload since this is the bottom unit but we wanted to be able to walk off our back deck on hit the slopes

When we checked in we noticed right away there were toenails on the living room table. We then later noticed 2 condom wrappers underneath the edge of the bed. Other than that the area was fantastic. Perfect spot from stores and scenic activities.

Nice place. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. Easy to slopes. Not so easy from parking lot, lots of steps. Full kitchen. Nice new deck.

We just did a weekday vacation here and LOVED IT! The view is breathtaking and condo is very well kept. We look forward to booking next year and inviting more family/friends to also book the bee 2 adjoining as this year was a trial run of this being an annual trip we make.

This was our third year staying here and we have stayed at others before that didn’t match this rental. We love the upgrades including a new deck and a comfy couch. We love the open floor plan and the modern kitchen that has always had everything we needed. Plus a few extras (Crock pot, electric griddle, a box fan, small heaters for each room, nice bonus)The view of the easy street slope is the best. We will book again next year.

The location was fantastic. Located just on the side of the slopes, middle ways down to the lift. Easy access and distance. The condo was spacious and clean. Very cozy and inviting! We loved our stay and will be back!

Lovely! Nicely updated, comfy beds, great kitchen. Your own private steps off the porch down to the Easy Street slope. Despite other issues, it was a great spot.
We had an issue with the heat and a leak under the sink the first night, and Brian, the local maintenance guy, was very kind and helpful the next day. However, the water went out the second full day, and Vacasa customer service was absolutely terrible. We reported the issue multiple times, and the rep told me they would contact the local office, and when I called again four hours later, another rep told me no ticket had been created and no contact had been made with the managers. He said he would call me back with more information, and he never did, neither did the local office. We finally found out from neighbors that the water was out in the whole building due to the pipes being repaired, but we didn’t get any info at all from Vacasa or the local managers. Water was out for 6 hours, and we had no idea if/when it was going to come back on for cooking, cleaning, flushing toilets, etc. Y’all really dropped the ball.

No hot water in the condo for first 1.5 days of our trip. I called the call center +10 times and every time got the same response. The local management team is a joke. They never reached out to talk to me and the hot water only got fixed because I kept calling the call center. We couldn’t shower for the first 1.5 days. I would consider this a necessity and unacceptable that it was not fixed sooner.
The stairs were not shoveled until the day we left, so they were covered in snow the entire time making it extremely difficult and dangerous to walk down. The parking lot was barely maintained and we actually paid a plow truck to clear the road.
The location of the condo is great but not worth the hassle of dealing with local management to resolve problems during our stay.

The view is wonderful, and the condo at first is very nice looking (decor, coloring, materials).
The gas fireplace was the reason we rented the condo. After 3 calls and 2 visits from the maintenance staff, the fireplace was ruled unusable. So very disappointing. No refunds provided.
The dirty dishes in the dishwasher was surprising, coupled with the mold/mildew in both showers. A bottle of tilex would be genius for the cleaning crew. The couch seems broken as you couldn’t sit straight on any seat.

Fantastic unit on the slopes
What a great updated unit right on the slopes! The walk down the hill to Easy Street slope is very doable even for families. The updated unit has sleeping space for a big family, well stocked kitchen, and decent room in the bathrooms. We found a few new games to play and has tons of books if you aren’t planning to ski/be outdoors. Great unit!!!

This was a cute little condo. The beds were comfortable. The fireplace was beautiful. Nice kitchen. We would stay here again.

Comfortable, Nice location
Plus factors were the the running creek behind, the fireplace, small deck and living area. The minus factors were a bed that hadn't been completely made when we arrived, the access to the lower level and stairs, some areas not thoroughly cleaned.

This sweet little condo was so well equipped!!! I was so impressed with how clean it was!! The only issue we had was the bath tub did not drain well... I highly suggest this rental!!!

Where not able to get there
It looked beautiful but it was physically impossible to get there, people complainning about de icing the roads, was informed that not even the cleaning crew was able to get there because of the storms. Lost ski lift and passes, etc. . Wish a refund for the night because I was not able to go. Regrettably next day was already booked and no availability in the area. I rated all excellent because I believe that is how I t would have been. The managers are friendly but Iam still hoping for such a situation to get a refund since I travel overseas and don't see likely to return any time soon if given a credit.

Well appointed condo, but three flights of stairs to entrance
I know it is out of the owners control, however, Our biggest concern which caused us to leave a day early is the next door neighbor had two heavy smokers always on the deck Smoking, so we could not enjoy our deck. I am very sensitive to smoke and had not anticipated that. The decks are connected and not as private as I thought based on the photos. The condo has everything you need, but needs a few fixes, vertical blinds are detaching, garbage disposal was not usable, cleaning of master bath was not done well, particularly the moldy grout. Thankfully we were able to use the second bath and the owner offered to have them come back but we were already unpacking. I almost walked out after going down 3 flights of stairs to a dark carpeted moldy hallway to get into the ground floor condo. Once inside it opens up nice and has lovely kitchen, comfy furniture and view. We were able to walk down off the deck to the mountain and can see how ski in and out would work, but the stairs are steep and the deck very worn. We had quick response from the owner and appreciated that and I know if it were not for the smokers we would have had meals out on the deck and been able to enjoy it more.

Great view and super convenient to the slopes!
We enjoyed the view and convenience to the slopes. It was so nice to not worry about finding parking at the resort. We simply walked out of the condo onto the slopes. The condo was very clean and cozy! We would stay here again.

Great location with easy ski in/out ability.
This condo has been updated in kitchen, but is dated in bedrooms and baths. The technology amenities were good, flat screen smart tvs and good wifi. We enjoyed the views of the Easy Street slope and the creek. We will stay here again.

Great location with great view of the slopes
The location was great. We were able to carry our snowboards right down to the slopes. The living area was great with a great view. The only turnoffs of the place were that the dishes were dirty and the bathrooms were very outdated. The smaller bathroom was so small that we all ended up using the master bath.
