The view and location are exceptional.

The property is very poorly cleaned, poorly maintained, and possibly even dangerous. Simple cleaning, such as vacuuming and wiping surfaces, had clearly not been done for a long time leaving a build up of dust, dead insects, and even litter from prior guests in the apartment. The stove is possibly faulty (gave a mild electric shock). The supplied pedestal fan did not work (no other air conditioning is provided in the second bedroom). Blinds in each of the rooms were torn and mouldy. The kitchen extractor fan is disgusting.

Location

For the amount of money paid linen should have been provided. There were not enough quilts and we were ver cold. One small blow heater provided gave off a foul smell and couldn’t be used. The property is very dated and needs a paint. The carpet was very old and dirty.

The view was amazing, looking out the balcony straight at beautiful Forster’s main beach just breathtaking. and an easy walk to the shops and lake.

The unit should not be rented out until it is made safe to do so. It is dirty, full of mould including in the bedrooms where you are sleeping. The unit is old. The furniture is old and disgusting. The mattresses are full of dust and the lounges need to be thrown away. The linen closet is full of building materials. The front screen door is full of dust and does not close properly. It is not disability friendly. The only thing this unit had going for it was the view. We left 2 days early because it was not healthy for us to stay for our full rental period. If you have any respiratory health issues, do not book this unit. If you have difficulties with stairs, do not book this unit. This unit is a health issue

Location is sensational. opposite the beach. walking distance to shops and cafes.
