The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need, and the bathroom was very clean, the shower was excellent. The location was just perfect, very easy to walk all around Nantes, and the tram system is less than one minute's walk from the front door.

All was very good, but perhaps the bed in the smaller bedroom could be a bit more comfortable? It didn't spoil my stay though.

Fabulous location for sightseeing and easy to find. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Murielle met us on time and was super friendly and helpful. There are bars and restaurants near and all local shops for supplies.

The exterior door lock was temperamental and couldn’t get the heating to work. It was noisy but you expect that in city centre locations so you just accept that. I would still recommend the location - just have the extra glass of wine before bed!

Poor sound-proofing meant that the apartment was very noisy at night, especially between midnight and 3 am (6am Sunday), when people were leaving bars/restaurants and shouting, arguing, fighting in the street. Also noisy parties within the building. Pity, apartment was good otherwise.

The staff in the booking company were very obliging and helpful. The location was great.
