The host were very nice and accommodating.

The fact that we were not informed at all that we'd be staying in someone's house and they'd be home, with other guests. When I heard another person in the room next door, I was so startled it scared me!!! We were not able to stay there and did not feel comfortable at all. Did not get room advertised. Bed too small. I need my money back... at least half refunded.

The bathroom and the room needed a good deep cleaning. I don't think the sheets had been changed since the last person was there. I didn't care for a shared bathroom. There was no coffeemaker or coffee available. The lights kept going off while I was taking my shower. The front door was hard to open at times

The house structure and layout is beautiful. Neighborhood is quiet and the house is in front of your face as soon as you turn onto the road.

The owners lived in the house. The whole family lives there to include a newborn baby. The family doesn’t speak great English so it’s difficult to communicate. With the family living in the home, there is a weird vibe. Certain areas are locked and it’s uncomfortable staying in the house. For example, the fridge and freezer in the kitchen was littered with the families food. Most of the contents in the fridge were expired. There are fridges in the actual rooms but it’s awkward making breakfast with the family living there. Certain items weren’t provided like other Airbnb’s or places to stay ie plates, silverware, etc. it was all locked up for the family usage. The directions given weren’t accurate. The code to the door first given was wrong, and the room assignment was incorrect. Besides the family there are individuals residing there that have been there for a while, family friends. The family lives in one room with two bed and a crib in it. Amenities weren’t provided, they lock the laundry room door. The renter told me that Using amenities aren’t included when renting a room after coming back to the home because they locked my clothes in the laundry room. I would not stay here and wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. The renter was dishonest. They don’t care about the military and refused to reimburse me for 4 days I stayed there because I was short noticed deploying.
