excellent host and property

Very spacious, bright, super-clean loft apartment, warm (we were there in December) and with a small roof terrace for the summer. Very helpful host (who runs a restaurant 100 m away, where you pick up the keys). Parking on the street. Nice quiet area, 5 mins walk to bakery, restaurants, shops. Also walking distance (15 mins) to Cranger Kirmes. Coffee in the kitchen! Unusual for Germany and much appreciated.

The 2 bedroom apartment has only 1 bedroom, the other 2 beds are in an alcove in the living room (see picture 11 and 12 -- subsequent pictures show a different apartment). The living room is plenty big enough for this, and it worked very well for us as a family, but would not be suitable if you need privacy. Also, perhaps not the best apartment if you are not steady on your feet: up a narrow spiral staircase, and then another staircase. To get out of the shower (in an otherwise very nice and spacious bathroom) requires making a big step down, over a drain, and there is no place to hold on, as the shower doors do not seem sturdy. If you were to slip or stumble, you'd knock into the sharp corner of the granite sink. We were fine, but that corner felt slightly dangerous.

Spacious, very clean property. Comfy beds, good central location only 15 mins walk from the railway station.

We have no complaints as very comfortable for our needs but the interior was more basic than shown in photos. Shower needs a non slip mat as 2 of our party slipped while showering.

The area was great. Wonderful restaurant below, and walking distance to the train station. It was a very central location. The beds were nice and everything was super clean.

The kitchen in our place was a little small, but still big enough to cook meals for 6 of us!

From the moment we met Nikolaus we felt welcomed and the accommodation felt like a home away from home. We cant believe how lucky we are to have found it.

Safe and quiet locality althouhg the hospital was near. Lidl and some restaurants are close (like 5 minute walk). Parking is quite limited but some spaces can be found near.

It might be more clear that the actual place of accomodation is in different place. It is only few steps (100 meters cca). The address is in fact only the restaurant where the person works.
