La gentillesse de la propriétaire. Literie OK. La location de scooter à un prix correct via l'hôtel. L'emplacement est sur la rue principale de St Juan. Pizzas côte resto.

Très bruyant car 5 ou 6 travailleurs dans la chambre d'à côté, qui squattent le perron avec le téléphone en haut parleur. Salle de bain très rudimentaire, pas d'eau chaude. Une mauvaise odeur dans la chambre (le renfermé) et des fourmis mais bon rien de méchant. Pas de pdj.

La cuisine proposée est excellente !

The owners are lovely! They also own the restaurant with some really good food. The room is nice with a private bathroom (there's no AC, but there's a ventilator so that's fine) I had a really comfortable stay

The room is a bit small, but that didn't bothered me as I'm travelling solo.

Great place to stay, good value for money. Clean and comfy, big room so it was nice to have the space. The family were really friendly and so helpful, they have really cute cats and dogs too! They got us hot water for coffees and noodles and helped organise bikes for us too. Slightly further out from the main town of San Juan but super easy if you have a bike and if not there’s shops and restaurants nearby! Definitely try the pizzas at their restaurant too! The best ones we’ve had in the philippines and really reasonably priced :)

Cold water in the shower and the drain in seemed to be in the wrong place so the water didn’t drain well and ended up smelling damp. Lots of ants that we had to try and kill/get out of our stuff by the end

good location in San Juan, close to the beaches and other restaurants and bars in the area. the room was small but nice. the hosts were good - provided drinking water and hot water with cups at all times which was a nice touch! we also hired a scooter through them which was ideal

the room was small which we knew when booking but we didn’t expect it to be so tight with our (small) bags inside. also no toilet seat in the en-suite bathroom which was weird

Place was so quiet and location perfect that I extended my stay an additional 2 weeks.

Everything exceeded my expectations
