Location

Very basic

The location was closed to the the main square. Friendly service, and the buffet was very well stocked.

I didn't like the fact that as a guest, we were only limited to a certain plate, but not the full buffet. Also, they need to provide tissue for the bathroom and perhaps some hair washing products. I would also appreciate a hair dryer.

The Buffet

I was supposed to have access to a balcony. The balcony had no lights. I had to use my cell phone.

Great hotel. We always use it when we visit family. Close to the historic section of town. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

We usually LOVE the food. This time, the breakfast was not so good. The chilaquiles were not as good as before. The chicken on the chilaquiles had a seasoning that tasted strange. Not mexican. I hope they fix this problem as we used to only eat there. Thank you

everything was dirty

very clean, organized and friendly staff.

Only 1 roll of toilet paper inside restroom or in general, they provided 1 at a time or every time you ran out, very inconvenient.

Price wase higher for stay and on top of that the first room that I was given had hair on floor and found a dead bed bug called reception they changed my room but room as well had hairs on batroom floor from previous people and the walls had like coke on wall and bath room wall was dirty very awful feeling for the price I had to pay.

Did not like the dirtyness of rooms and hairs on floor from other people and they said they could not fix that also AC did not cool due to we leave room AC goes off terrible experience.

The hotel cleanliness is outstanding from you walking in all the way to your room nice and comfortable bed a very nice restaurant in the 5th floor with a city view the staff was very friendly and very polite it make my stay so enjoyable the elevators it was a big plus I definitely stay again in the future

Location is great for downtown area, staff super friendly, breakfast really good! Bed linen and bed dressed can be improved!

The room didn’t have a safe. The bed was pretty hard but as comfortable as it can be.
