This Bearhouse Albuquerque NM was so well equipped attention to detail..clean clean .And the customer service with helping us correct little mishaps. That were our fault. Within 45 min they were at the door. To check in and we did fix by then..So so helpful ..The property house interior etc was fabulous..Many thank you's VMG for helping us with little things we may have done wrong .

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was what it said it was. Very close to very good hiking, mountain biking, and trail running. I went out trail running almost every morning. House was clean and well kept.

The property was clean and well decorated. My family and I loved the atmosphere of the house. Basic amenities were provided which took away some of the stress of traveling. At 8am the first morning, we were awakened to the sound of leaf blowers and looked out our bedroom window to make literal eye contact with the landscaper, which we weren't told would be on the property with us during our stay. After seeing pictures of the property my family and I were very much looking forward to spending our evenings in the backyard, as the patio was beautiful. Unfortunately after the sun went down the first night, we discovered that there were cockroaches in the backyard/patio and making their way into the house. Which meant we couldn't use the firepit and enjoy the backyard the way we were looking forward to. That same night a few of the roaches made their way into the living room, making even the living room uncomfortable to be in at night. The property manager did send an exterminator the following day. Overall an amazing place to stay, just unfortunate that the bugs think so as well.

I can say the house was exactly in reality as we saw in the pictures. We loved the place and our stay in Albuquerque. Very neat and clean. The big plus was the outdoor fireplace. We enjoyed to sit there in the evening. Just wonderful!

Great house, great location. The house has all the amenities needed and is very comfortable. The backyard area is very nice with a fire pit area, grill and nice patio furniture. Next trip to Albuquerque, we will attempt to stay here again.

I travel to Albuquerque to visit family. This time I could not stay with them, so chose this VRBO, within walking distance to two of my family’s residences. It was PERFECT. It was beautiful. I wish I could have had wine on the back porch, it was so inviting. (My wish was only thwarted because of family events.) I brought my mom over to see it, I enjoyed it so much. Finally, management checked in with me throughout my stay to ensure everything was ok. Very happy and recommend it.

This place was excellent from service to accommodations! The host provided step by step procedures to make everything run smoothly. The house was pristine and full of extra special touches: fresh coffee beans to grind every morning, a log in the fireplace, luxury soaps and towels, fully stocked and completely organized kitchen with beautiful dishes, utensils and cookware. We loved it and will return for sure!

We have stayed here twice now and if we come back we will try to stay here again. The property is just as the pictures show. It is clean. It is in a good neighborhood. The owners communicate very efficiently and checkin/out is very easy. We highly recommend.

After visiting our daughter in Albuquerque for over 10 years we feel we have found the perfect home for our visits.
This home is a perfect example of what VRBO homes should be, enchanting, clean, and a memory that last a lifetime.
The attention to details and cleanliness are superb.
The back yard is magical with Art and privacy that make enjoying the property even better.
Only negative is that is perfection and our feedback might cause it to become harder to reserve on our future visits.

This property was beautiful and comfortable — inside and out!! The house is stocked with everything you would need in a home away from home. The southwestern decor complete with a 30 foot plus gorgeous wall mural on the back fence make this property a joy to visit!
The neighborhood was quiet. Just a short walk — with plenty of opportunities to see a roadrunner in the wild (NM’s State Bird) — from a city park with walking paths, a native plant garden, a playground, grass recreational fields and gorgeous city/ mountain views,
Property hosts, Eloy and Jamie, were helpful, friendly, and quick to respond if needed. Grocery stores and other businesses were close by. I would definitely stay here again!

We have rented many VRBO properties, and this is absolutely one of the finest. It was immaculate inside and out. We especially enjoyed the patio and the beautiful murals on the courtyard wall. We would rent again in an instant. The owner of the property was terrific to deal with.

We traveled to Albuquerque for work meetings and saved a bit of money by renting a VRBO. The location was outstanding, the house was exactly as pictured, the communication by the owner was superb, the only downside was we weren't able to enjoy the beautiful backyard. Perhaps on our next trip!

Over all it was great, very clean. The only problem we had was the thermostat if you turn it up because cold it only lasted 46 minutes then back to 68 or 69 degrees very cold at night we had to rap ourselves in blankets.

This house is in a great location and provides the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing and being on the go. The backyard is spectacular for hanging out when it's warm and the house itself is very cozy and has all the comforts required. Dealing with the property managers was so easy and they were very accommodating in a number of ways. Would stay there again in a heartbeat! Loved our stay in ABQ!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Bearhouse! The house is very well set up. There was not anything tat we needed that was not there. Unfortunately the weather was such that we did not get to enjoy the back yard during our stay, but the space was very well set up and lovely. The location was great! Close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. There were three of us and the space was totally adequate for that. We would definitely consider staying there again should we find ourselves back in Albuquerque.
