Perfect location, extremely neat and tidy and well equipped accommodation. Had everything you could ask for in a classy getaway - including a nice BBQ and sit on top kayaks. Just a short walk to the Anchorage and good takeaway coffee at the Marina. Vistas of the sunset are amazing. Thoroughly recommended to anyone wanting a hassle free and relaxing getaway with hosts that are easy to communicate with.

Exceptionally clean, comfortable and well presented property, with all the relevant appliances and kitchenware, and superb location to match. The beachfront view each morning was wonderful. Being able to walk to the beach in less than a minute, take the kayaks out for a paddle, or fish early morning along the break wall in front of the Anchorage (150m away) made for such a relaxing time. Thanks Linda for being so helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We absolutely loved our stay and will be booking again.

The property is stunning. The view when you walk in blows you away, the beach is right there, but not before a beautiful patio area perfect for a BBQ and grass for the kids to play on. The house is modern, clean, has great appliances including washer and dryer, and nice bedrooms and bathrooms.
It's a perfect location and I'd strongly recommend staying there! We'll definitely be back if we get the opportunity!
The beach itself is so beautiful and the whole Nelson Bay area is really coming along with great shops, restaurants and everything you need!

Great accommodation, very well presented and inn a superb location. The owners were very helpful and responded to any questions very quickly. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend this property.

From the beginning finding this property to the minute we walked in the door was a smooth process. The home was exceptionally clean and Linda makes sure you have everything for your convenience. The location 150m walk from the Anchorage and less than a minute to the beach is ideal and makes for relaxing hassle free beach and fishing days! We absolutely loved our stay and will be booking again.

What an absolutely superb property, easy to find, spotlessly clean, great views, a kitchen with everything you need alongside a fabulous BBQ. Great communication with the property owners from the outset.
The whole peninsula is within easy reach, a great walk along the footpath in front of the property with the ocean views.
My first Christmas away from home and to walk in to find a little Christmas tree and some Christmas treats was really appreciated.
We made friends with next door’s cat and just about managed to keep him out of the house!
Watching the birds and listening to the Kookaburras and parakeets made it quite magical for my first trip to Australia. A Dolphin spotting boat trip was a success, visited loads of beaches and a special Christmas Eve dinner at Rick Stein’s restaurant made our stay even more memorable.
This is definitely a property to book if you want great views, relaxation and absolutely perfect for families and couples.

A big thanks to Linda and Richard to accomodating us at the last minute. We booked the day before arrival and they had everything ready for us.
The property was perfect! Very clean and just the right amount of space.
The kitchen, laundry and bathrooms were well stocked, with great appliances and the wifi worked well.
The house was in a beautiful spot in front of the beach, the grass area allowed for tennis and other sports. The bike and walking path was also very convenient.
The Anchorage is just a few houses down so we were able to pop in for a cocktail and bite to eat without having to get in the car.
Salamandar Bay and Nelsons Bay shops were just a few minutes drive when needed.
Will definitely be back!

We had a 5 day stay and it rained the first 3 days, but the house and location was just so lovely that it didn't matter. We still had a relaxing holiday and will definitely book again.

Overall house was alright & quiet location although very unhappy with the beds and air conditioning set up. Main bed stated to be a king, in our opinion was queen at best. Mattress was awful, leaving with a stiff neck and sore back unfortunately. When contacted the owner was basically shrugged off, told to sleep in another bed. Wouldn’t have expected this from a property of this stature when we paid extremely good money for our stay, so this makes it quite disappointing. Air conditioning set to timers which meant we were up every few hours in the night to stay comfortable. No real undercover area outside either.

Pristine Location for a Relaxing Getaway
From the moment we first contacted Linda and Richard nothing was ever a problem. They made us feel very welcome even before leaving home. The property was everything and more than described. The house is extremely clean and well appointed. It was amazing waking up to the beautiful gardens and beach behind the house. Having coffee on the beach was pure luxury.
The beach was also fantastic to launch our kayak and paddling with the dolphins was definitely a highlight. The walking paths all around the area are fantastic to just leave the car and explore.
We can thoroughly recommend not only the location and accommodation but the hosts who make the entire holiday process easy and friendly.
We had a nice romantic weekend, but we could see how it would also be amazing for families as the house is so well appointed. Thankyou Linda and Richard for a wonderful holiday. A well earned 5 out of 5.

Lovely Property
Myself and family stayed in Linda's property for a week,
everything was as described and the property was well maintained and super clean and in a perfect spot. Communication with Linda was excellent. Would love to return some time soon.
