The bungalows was great and there’s only 10 there. Very peaceful with a lovely pool and communal kitchen area next to it! There’s a bathtub and we had our own back room with plates, sink, microwave and kettles. Really good food places around us and it’s all a walking distance. 3 mins drive from thongsala pier which gets you into koh Samui in 30mins.

Only one bad thing but it’s not even bad is that, you’re not close to the full moon party and around parties. If you want to be around all the nightlife, this isn’t for you but we loved it because we could come back to a peaceful and quiet place after all night of partying.

Superb hospitality for the wonderful man who owns the place, nothing was too much trouble! The accommodation is really welcoming and comfortable and we really enjoyed the location, close to the night market - it was really easy to get around by scooter too, which we rented directly from the hotel. A lovely laundry place is next door too. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

Brilliant! Really enjoyed our stay. The owner and staff were amazing. Pool was the cleanest and best we've had in Thailand! Very comfortable room with everything we needed, and more (fridge stocked with beers, drinks and snacks). Great location for us near to Diamond Muay Thai, a 7-11 and thai food restaurant on the corner and short ride to Thongsala for more dinner options.

The host was really friendly and helpful (offered us to bring us to the Pier for free). The location is perfect. It's quiet during the night and not far from the city centre. Furthermore, the hotel complex is green and absolutely beautiful. The rooms are well equipped. We were also able to book a brand-new scooter for 350 baht.

The mattress on the bed was not so comfortable (unfortunately like in many hotels in Thailand), but it was okay. There was also an unpleasant smell from the drain in the bathroom from time to time.

Very spacious room with a lot of amenities. Pictures don’t do the room justice and the staff are extremely friendly and will go above and beyond.

1. The owner is very warm and hospitable, which makes the stay worth it. He was very accessible, except for late nights and had kept a couple of bikes allotted for us even before we arrived, so that we didn't have to waste any time & head out with ease. 2. The rooms although not very big, are extremely cozy and a special mention to the bathrooms, which were a delight. Our rooms were extremely clean & had all the facilities mentioned on the list. 3. The place was a cutoff from the party scenes of Koh Phangan. It was like a place of Zen in itself. You could be at a party with the loudest music, but as soon as you arrive at Dreamville, it's all calm and you would be ready to sleep. This is why I strongly recommend this place if you are going there with your partner. 4. The kitchen is a life saver when you would want a breakfast without having to step out. It has all the necessary facilities to prepare all your meals (however, Aunt A's restaurant is just opposite this property for all your authentic & affordable Thai food requirements). 5. We did not use the pool but it looked pretty cool. 6. Extremely accessible location with 7/11s all around & just a few metres away from Phantip Food Market. Also, a kilometre away from the Pier.

1. Hot water wasn't dispensing from our shower (however, we did not complain about it because the pros largely outweighed the cons). ♥️

It was very clean. You have good location, its not far from the night market and a lot of bars and restaurants. The pier is about 1km distance. There is a nice pool and you have a balcony in front of your bungalow where you can chill. But the best is the owner of this resort, Juli. Best host i have ever met. He is a cool guy and helps you with everything if you need. He drove us for free to the pier and so on. So i can highly recomment this place

Everything about this property was nice, the rooms(bed,washroom,AC,), staff, location and pool. Location was nice, being in thongsalla, u are at the center of the island close to many food markets/food courts, piers of many ships are at merely at walking distance although u will need a taxi if u have luggage. If u want to go to haadrin beach for full moon party or just to visit it will take u around 15 mins on the scooter. They have brand new scooters which u can rent for 300 bath/ day, if they are all booked they can help you with someone outside, The staff was really helpful specially the spanish guy at the reception, he was superp,.They will provide u with each necessary items for cooking(if you want to cook yourself) Value for money

To be very very picky and being critical, ,i think the location of the tv and the dish tv receiver in the room could have been better

Dreamville was so lovely and the staff so nice, I came back for another 2 nights!

I liked the location and the quality/cleanliness of the room throughout including the minibar :-) Also a small separate kitchen included. The host, Julia is very kind and accommodating and he will do whatever he can to ensure you have a great stay. If you want to hire a motorbike, this is the place. Probably the best/safest motorbike I have ever rented in Thailand in over 20+ years traveling here.

The bed for me was just a little firm, but that's just my preference and not a reflection on the hotel.

Clean, well maintained. Lovely host - Julia. Also assisted us with a taxi. The place looks amazing, nice to roam around between the rooms.

The location is good, but not great. It is a 5-7 minutes walk to the market (recommended!) and the center. The problem is that some of the walk is dark at night, and goes through a bridge that crosses a sewer river which smells.

This is a nice, clean, and centric (5 min. walking from the city center) resort with a pool and shared kitchen. I recomend it to everyone that want to enjoy the island by day, meanwhile having a lovely and quiet place to return at the end of the day. But the best, with difference, that you will not find in other places, is Julià itself (the host). He is really friendly and willing to help beyond his duty. And also he has a lot of contacts if you want to rent a car on the island for a really good price! :D

It was very clean and a lot of plants. It felt very relaxing staying there.

It’s not the best spot if you wanna swim around, but perhaps I was just lazy to walk to the beach.

I can’t find fault with anything.

One of the best hotels (in town). I don't rent scooters & I wanted to be near the pier & town so this was a great option. Julia (the new owner from Spain) just finished renovations in 2022 so everything is working (hot water, plenty of water pressure, a/c powerful, locks, sink, lights, etc). There are ~11 bungalows spaced out in a lot of lush greenery for privacy. Rooms are comfortable, spacious, & clean. Julia let me borrow his bike for free (5 days) to ride along the island & was kind enough to give me a lift to the pier today to catch my ferry. Note: There is construction (small restaurant & bar coming soon) just adjacent to the hotel but construction doesn't start until 9-10am & when finished, small restaurant bars close ~10pm. You can request a bungalow on the other side but roosters (remember- you're on an island in Thailand 😊) start going at 5am (I prefer construction at 9am vs roosters at 5am). Julia is an incredible host & goes out of his way to ensure you have everything you need. I would recommend staying here if you want to be near the town & pier. There is a small outdoor kitchen outside each bungalow for light cooking, coffee, etc. (No deadbolt to the outside kitchen- just a "bathroom" lock. And no inside latch so not as secure as I would like but ok). In summary, best hotel in town if you're not driving a scooter. Even heard another guest (at the nice pool area on site) say it was the best hotel he's been to in Thailand. Completely sold out the 5 days I was there. I would give it 10/10, if not for the construction next door, which should be completed within a few weeks from this post!

Construction coming from a new restaurant/bar just adjacent to hotel (started about 9-10am). Constructions looks about complete & restaurant bars close around 10pm so noise shouldn't be an issue a few weeks after this post. Also, room could use an inside "sliding lock" for the door leading to the outside kitchen for added security.

Beautiful boutique property. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Location is in Thongsala next to the pier. Great owner and host. Very accommodating.

Very nice and quiet (& clean) bungalows surrounded by green, enjoyable pool and laying chairs as well as an outside kitchen in case you want to cook yourself. Close to the center of Thong Sala, like 10 min by foot. Host picked us up and dropped us off from the pier which was really cool. Also some very friendly cats that come to say hi throughout the day :)

Everything I need for my staycation! The host and his staff were very helpful and welcoming. We like the little kitchen zone. The WIFI was great for my work (even when it was raining). TV works well. Peaceful place surrounded by nature. I love those cats walking by just to say hi.
