Si tratta di una spaziosa, casa di famiglia, completamente climatizzato, che è ideale per due coppie e fino a due bambini, proprio dall'altra parte della strada dalle spiagge sabbiose di Fontane Bianche. È attrezzato per vivere tutto l'anno con tutti i comfort di casa, ma è particolarmente idilliaco nei mesi estivi. porte-finestre inondano la cucina e la sala da pranzo con luce naturale, offre una vista mare sul patio e prato. La cucina è dotata di lavastoviglie e forno a microonde oltre a fornelli a gas e un forno elettrico a grandezza naturale. Ci sono due camere matrimoniali che si affacciano sul giardino sul retro, più una camera singola che può ospitare due letti singoli. Due bagni sono dotati di docce, la terza ha una vasca da bagno. Lo studio contiene una scrivania, un piccolo divano e un sacco di libri da sfogliare. Il soggiorno ha un comodo divano e poltrona, un televisore a schermo piatto e un camino di registro moderno che alimenta il riscaldamento centralizzato.
All'esterno, il patio è dotato di comodi mobili da giardino e tende da sole per ombra nella stagione estiva. Una leggera brezza marina rende ideale per mangiare all'aperto.
I bambini amano il grande giardino che ha limoni, aranci e ulivi. Il barbecue ha un ampio piano di lavoro in marmo e lavello.
Una lavanderia con lavatrice nel giardino sul retro ha una doccia extra, a portata di mano dopo una giornata in spiaggia.

Great location- 1 minute walk to the sandy beach & 20 min to Syracuse or Noto. Huge villa with well appointed bedrooms. Lovely garden. Great outhouse shower to get rid of the sand after beach time. Quiet as well. Well equipped kitchen

A lovely property, and very spacious. Everything we needed, and even a dryer. AC was efficient and the large kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. Easy walk to the beach across the street. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Totally would stay here again. Especially well-suited if you’re traveling with younger kids. Lots of children’s books in Italian and English. Train set and toy cars were a highlight for my kids. Thanks for the excellent accommodations and communication!

Lucia was always very quick at answering all our questions from the time of booking and anything else during our stay. The house is very nicely divided with a very large kitchen well stocked with all you need for cooking. We ate our breakfast on the terrace every morning just off the kitchen looking at the ocean. The beach is a 5 minute walk.
Beautiful property with fruit trees and various herbs. Large parking area for two and even 3 vehicles if need be.

There were toys and books for the children, things to use in the kitchen, towels.. Truly everything you will need it was available. The communication with Lucia was great! Receiving and giving the keys back was also very easy. The location is great, very close to the beach(less then 1 minute walking to a small beach and very calm see). The road in front of the house is a busy one (also in the evening) and with little children it’s paying close attention because of partially sidewalks to the beach. There is a little supermarket up the road. We haven’t ate at the restaurant on the beach, but if you walk down the road for 10 minutes you’ll find Fontane Bianche Beach Bar, where you can eat cheap but very good! Thank you Lucia for making your lovely house available to us!

Tolles Haus für Familien mit Blick aufs mehr und Direkter Strandnähe
Wir durften unseren diesjährigen Sommerurlaub in dem Haus von Peter und Lucia verbringen und können es wärmstes weiterempfehlen. Sowohl die Kommunikation/Organisation mit Lucia im Voraus als auch vor Ort war super und absolut unkompliziert.
Wir waren zwei Paare (~30Jahre) plus ein Kleinkind (14 Monate). Das Haus war groß genug für uns alle und ist gut isoliert. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, weshalb wir uns wie zuhause gefühlt haben. Von der großen Terrasse hat man einen Blick aufs Meer und auch der Weg zum Strand ist wie angegeben sehr kurz (2min). Die Straße hat uns nicht gestört. Vor allem im Haus hört man den Verkehr überhaupt nicht. Ein winziger Supermarkt ist ca 200 m entfernt und bietet das Nötigste. Für die großen Einkäufe sind wir in die nächste Stadt gefahren. Auch eine Bäckerei ist ca 300m entfernt.
Einziger kleiner Abzug ist die Umgebung, wir fanden es etwas schade, dass es im Ort keine Strandpromenade oder ähnliches gab, um Abends einen Spaziergang zu machen. Aber ansonsten alles top!

Great base for family holiday.
A spacious, comfortable house with large garden, easy parking and a short walk to sandy beach. Having a furnished shaded terrace across the length of the house is a real asset. We appreciated the supplies of basic items in the kitchen and the good communication with the hosts.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und insbesondere der große Außenbereich bietet den Kindern wie Erwachsenen viel Spielraum. Der kurze Weg zum Strand ist top und die einfache Einkäufe im Kiosk um die Ecke möglich. Wir waren rundum zufrieden

Tolles Haus direkt am Strand
Tolles Haus direkt am Strand, schöne Terasse zum Chillen und eine fantastische Outdoor-Küche, bei der es richtig Spaß macht, abends zu Grillen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, so dass wir überwiegend selbst gekocht haben- Restaurants waren dort vorort in der Nebensaison sowieso rar gesät.
Man muss ein paar Sachen am Haus beachten, welche uns Peter per Youtube Video gesendet hat. Bei Starkregen (wie wir ihn zum Schluss hatten) sollte man die Fensterläden schließen, sonst läuft das Wasser rein und man kriegt nasse Füße.
Kommunikation mit Peter lief super, wir bekamen auch auf die Fragen, die im Video (auf Englisch) erklärt wurden (und wir etwas nachlässig angeguckt haben ;-)) , sofort Antwort.

Villa magnifique, très grande, très bien équipée, idéalement placée, à 2minutes à pieds de la mer !
Vue sur la mer splendide.
Villa entièrement climatisée.
Je recommande vivement cette location et nous avons passé 2 semaines incroyables.

Perfect house for family with little kids
The house has a very good infrastructure, well equipped and good isolated, so even the temperature were really hot, we hardly used the air-condition. The garden is big and only a few meters away to the beach.

Great house, great location
We had a fantastic time in Sicily and in this house! Peter gave us all the information we needed prior to our trip. This house is very spacious, well equipped, clean and in a great location. We would highly recommend it to anyone who wish to visit the East side of Sicily. There is a little beach just across the road, 2 mins walk which was ideal for us.

Comfortable villa near the beach
A great villa for a large group! We enjoyed staying here with the lovely garden and view. The villa has averything you need for a relaxing vacation and is also conveniently located for visiting nearby Syracuse, Noto, Avola and more.

We had a lovely stay in this comfortable and well located beach house. The house is perfect for a family stay. Plenty of in- and outdoor space. We enjoyed the well equiped kitchen for homecooking and had nice dinners on the terrace overlooking the garden and the sea. The airconditioning throughout the house was perfect.
There is a good beach within a very short walk (just across the street).

Big and nice house with beautiful garden
Nice and clean house with a big and beautiful garden with seaview. Convenient position if you want to visit the south east Sicily. Close to Siracusa, Ragusa, Modica and Noto. A few minutes walk to 2 small beaches. There is a small supermarket nearby. Nice and helpful host.

The place was clean and tidy also very spacious and comfortable.
We enjoyed the situation of the villa being just across the road from the beach with good safe swimming and a restaurant. The garden was lovely and we enjoyed the lemons from the tree. There was a good bread shop just up the road and a useful grocery store. It was only 20 minutes drive into Syracuse which is lovely.

Perfect!
We were at the villa for 7 days and it was wonderful, it was equipped with everything you could need. We woke up every morning and opened the shutters to amazing views of the sea. The beach is literally on your door step and there is a fab restaurant there called La Malafemmina there.
Everything is spot on and recommend this villa.

Amazing vacation!!!
We stayed at the Villa for two weeks with our 4 children. We arrived the last week of July. The property was even better then described! Huge enclosed garden, a big terrace with a sea view, 3 big bedrooms, 3 big bathrooms. A lot of space! The kitchen was really big and full equipped and barbecue outside. The separate washing room. A lot of books for adults and children and toys for the children. To minutes walk to a sandy beach and a local supermarket. 5 minutes walk to a local bakery. So we always had fresh bagels for breakfast. The bigger supermarket was just 10-15 min by car in Avola. Avola center was really nice. We visited Siracusa , Ortigia, Ragusa and mount Etna. Highly recommended. Siracusa was just 20 minutes away by car. Excellent weather through the whole stay. Excellent service and welcome. Peter was really helpful and responded right away to any questions we had through the whole stay.
We had an amazing vacation and already planning to come back next year!!!

Brilliant Villa with sea views and wonderful garden
Spacious Villa fully equipped with modern kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. Just four minutes walk to a beautiful sandy beach. We enjoyed days that were spent on local beaches as well as driving to nearby Avola for good value shops and some excellent restaurants. We also traveled further on some days visiting majestic Noto, Scicli, and Siracuse. We also did a longer trip to experience the narrow gauge railway that runs around Mt Etna.
However, nothing beats sitting on the terrace of the Villa on a bright sunny day, with a cold drink before and after a visit to the two local beaches. Fabulous, except if it rains for several days.

A great week and a wonderful villa!
We enjoyed a very relaxing week in this extremely spacious yet comfortable villa which more than lived up to our expectations. While the photographs are accurate, they somehow don't reflect the size and quality of this property. The villa was clean and well maintained and had all the equipment we needed. Wifi worked well the entire week and the DVD player proved a welcome bonus when the weather was stormy. The beautiful garden is large, enclosed and well kept, and the terrace has plenty of room for eating and relaxing. The road at the front of the villa is noisy but did not spoil our time outside. The beach is a short walk away and we were ideally situated for all of the locations we had planned to visit. Owner Peter promptly responded to our query before booking and local representative Carmen gave us a warm welcome and a detailed tour of the villa on arrival.

A great stay
We had a great stay at the Villa in Fontane Bianche!
The house is very comfortable, larger than we had hoped, with lots of privacy for two couples. The terrace, garden and view are beautiful, we really enjoyed it. The pictures on the site are very realistic but the house is even better than we had imagined. We enjoyed every minute there and wish we could have stayed longer.
We stayed during the high summer days, and even then we could enjoy the beach in front of the house and visit many places in the region (Siracusa, Noto, Modica, Ragusa) without traffic jam!
Carmen was very nice in welcoming us to the house, always was very attentive and available.

What a holiday!!
We have had an absolutely wonderful family vacation on Sicily with this house as our center – 5 adults and a toddler – the house and garden was more than we could ever dream about (the pictures does not do the house justice) – a spacious house with 3 bed rooms, 3 bath rooms, a huge kitchen and the terrace with a view to the green garden and the sea – we spend most part of the two weeks here.
Just a short walk to the sea and sandy beaches – perfect for a quiet morning and evening swim, both for children and adults to enjoy.
We would like to keep the house a secret, but we do hope more will enjoy this perfect house in perfect surroundings.
You need to have a car to reach Syracuse and the major cities - and also to shop for groceries - however there are small supermarkets and a pharmacy nearby.
The host Peter Jinks has been extremely helpful and has answered all questions and sorted the minor things we have had with the house within few hours. Furthermore, we were warmly welcomed by Carmen who gave us a good introduction to the house.
We will be back to experience more of Sicily, the landscape, the super friendly inhabitants, the beaches, the cities and atmosphere.
To sum up: We can highly recommend this house – but keep it a secret between us

Mooie villa aan het strand
We had a wonderful time at the villa. Beautiful location and view from the home. We enjoyed it very much. The seawater is like the caribbean, very blue and nice. A supermarket and coffee shop is around the corner where you can buy all kinds of things. The house is great, many rooms, big kitchen, nice terrace and many playing things for kids. We had a good contact with the owner and had great service. Looking for a nice beach, a quiet place to stay with family or friends, this is a good place for you. Fam. Bakker (Holland)

Sehr schönes, grosses Ferienhaus das mit allem und noch einigem mehr ausgestattet ist, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Der Garten ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Das Meer sowie kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir wurden sehr nett von Carmen empfangen die jederzeit bei irgendwelchen anliegen und Fragen erreichbar war. Sehr empfehlenswerte Liegenschaft auch mit Kindern da ein sehr hübsches Kinderzimmer und diverse Spielsachen und Bücher vorhanden sind.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Very nice, large house with all the, and still some more, features that you need for a great holiday. The garden is beautiful and very well maintained. The sea as well as some smaller shops are reachable by feet in a few minutes. We were very nice welcomed by Carmen, a very nice person, who was at any time and any issues available.
Highly recommended property, aswel with kids because of various toys & books in the house and the garden, and the very nice children's room.

Even better than expected
We used the pictures and description to choose this villa - they turned out to be very accurate, the villa was bigger than they suggest. The 3 bedroom/3 bathroom setup was perfect for 4 adults, and more could have been comfortable. The 4th shower in the laundry room was an extra bonus for cleaning up after beach visits. The property is very clean and well maintained, and the owner and local contact were very responsive. The town was a little quiet the first week of May, but there were enough local shops to meet our needs. Dinners out in nearby Cassibile were great- especially at Paper Moon Pizzeria. We also took advantage of the enormous and well equipped kitchen for meals in. Our 8 days went by too quickly! We would definitely recommend this villa to couples and families.

A fine place to enjoy Sicily
The house perfectly matched with its description and was even more comfortable than on the photographs
The garden was fine as well even though the street is a bit noisy during the day as it is the main way to access to the beach
Our stay was pleasant and relaxing and we have enjoyed being 3 min walk from the nearest beach as well as living in a house full of books

Very nice villa with fantastic garden
We stayed in the villa for three weeks in July and had a wonderful time. The villa is large and well equipped with all necessities, plus books, games, children's toys etc. The Wifi works well. We were two families in the villa, and we had more than enough space. The garden is very nice and well kept. You can hear the traffic, but it is not annoying. There is an decent restaurant, with full take away, close by and the alimentari covers all daily needs. We would absolutely recommend this villa for families with children who wants to stay close to the beach, but is it also a good base to explore this part of Sicilia.
