'Ocean Breeze' Questa casa è appena stato rinnovato di recente e dispone di una piscina privata. A soli 80 passi per il lungomare spiaggia. Si tratta di una ottima posizione a sud di Thomas Dr. La casa ha quattro camere da letto, due bagni, nuovo grande cucina, sala da pranzo, soggiorno e camera schermata Florida con frigorifero sulla schiena di casa che si affacciano piscina privata con sei piedi recinzione privacy. Ha un bellissimo cortile professionalmente paesaggistico con parcheggio coperto per due auto e parcheggio supplementare per due auto.

My husband and I took our grown children and grand babies on vacation last week. Check in was simple, the house was beautiful, so close to the ocean and quiet neighborhood. The backyard pool area is covered with 3-4 cameras which wouldn’t normally mind if they were in the house info, it didn’t mention it at all. The house caretaker/ manager stopped over and while talking to us mentioned he was watching and listening to us on camera. Total invasion of

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house. The layout was perfect for a large group like our family.
Access to the beach was approximately 60 yards and the beach itself was amazing.
The backyard was a peaceful place to relax after a day at the beach and have a steak off the grill.

We had an amazing stay! This location is everything. Pretty much 10-20 minutes from everything you want to do. Literally less than a minute walk from the most beautiful emerald beach with sugar sand! The house is clean and supplies most of the cooking items you need for your stay. Looks just like the pictures. In walking distance of some great local eating places. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to booking again. 28 minutes from the airport as well.

I stayed here with a few friends and we had an amazing time! The house is absolutely beautiful and in a wonderful location! We were less than 10 minutes from most restaurants and the walk to the beach was so fast! Would stay again!!!

Me and all my friends enjoyed our stay very much. If I had to critique one thing, some supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and dishwasher pods were very limited. Overall, we had a blast!

Loved our stay. Newly renovated kitchen was gorgeous. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils for eating at home. Grandkids loved the new bunk room. House was immaculate with furniture freshly cleaned. Mattresses were extremely comfortable. Very close to the beach. Communication with Jill was excellent. Looking forward to a return visit again soon.

This was a great spot for our large family. The kitchen provided enough space and resources to prepare a traditional Thanksgiving meal. It was great being so close to the beach access. The beach in this area is beautiful. We loved the fact that our two dogs could join our family at this property. The sunroom and outdoor area was perfect for our young adult children to play games and enjoy each other’s company.

I have stayed in this home many times and it just keeps getting better and better. The updates to the driveway, walkways and yard are beautiful. The house was very clean and the property managers Steve and Julie are very nice and responded quickly with any questions I had. The owners Jill and Tammy are wonderful to work with and make renting the property a smooth experience. The home is very close to the beach and just a short drive to Pier Park. Captain Jack’s across the street is great if you want all you can eat crab legs. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in PCB.

Close to the beech. Private pool! The children and adults had a great time in the pool, backyard and patio. There were 13 of us and plenty of room. Outside shower was really a plus. The house had everything we needed. A fun vacation!

Great location. Super easy booking and check in. Clean and plenty of room. Outside area really nice, furniture was well worn but kind of expected in a rental and not at all off putting. We had a small problem with the air on the last night but the local contact came right over and helped us get the problem fixed. I would love to stay there again and will recommend to others 🤗😊

Very nice place to stay with our family and very convenient to the beach. Loved the back room going to the pool we stayed in there most of the time. We realized that the coffee machine was broken so we called Mr.Steve (property manager) and he brought a new iPod coffee machine the next morning it was great…. We enjoyed our stay very much as the house provided a nice location to relax with a very nice backyard and pool. Overall very clean but could be better. The house is located very near the beach providing just a short walk. The neighborhood was fine. The property to the right appears unused which created a negative curb appearance. The properties to the left and behind were very nice but too close as the noise was a definite drawback. All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay and found many wonderful restaurants and attractions just a short distance away.

We absolutely loved staying here! The home was beautiful as there some updates to the home and backyard. We loved the multiple spaces that our large group could hang out! The pool and the outdoor shower were some of our favorite parts. The house is so close to the beach, about a 30 second walk. We would definitely recommend staying here!!

This house was everything it said it was and the location was amazing! Short walk to the nice non crowded beach and short drives to food/activities. Staying off Thomas drive to our crew was so nice compared to crazy crowded front beach rd. We will definitely stay here again!

Initially when I booked this property I was very excited because of all it had to offer. The location was perfect and the backyard was such a catch. This property the minimum age renter is 21, so I did not think that booking it would be an issue with 22 and 23 year olds staying here. The owner had me give her a phone call to discuss the trip. This phone call was very uncomfortable and made me feel uncomfortable about staying in this home. She had threatened to sue and take me to court if I was not cooperative with the house rules. I felt this phone call was very unprofessional and unnecessary. With the primary renters age being 21, I did not think that my group of friends staying here would be an issue. I felt that I was being treated with less respect than any other group that has ever stayed here. Once we arrived to the home, it was clean and I felt that they did a great job getting it prepared for our group. The property manager Sarah was awesome and was very kind and responsive to our concerns. I really enjoyed working with Sarah, but I will not be booking this property again because of how uncomfortable I felt staying here throughout the trip because of the initial phone call.

I have stayed at this property several times and have never been disappointed. Very close to the beach and Pier Park is just a short drive. The home is very spacious and clean. Kitchen is nicely stocked with cookware and dishes. There is also a brand new roomy refrigerator and washer which is nice. There is a TV in the living room and all 4 bedrooms and the beds are nice and comfortable. The sunroom is spacious and very comfortable and there is a TV in there also. The pool was very clean and plenty of seating on the deck. The property manager was very nice and was just a call away if we needed her. The owners Jill and Tammy are always helpful and are very nice. I had mentioned in my review last year about a step stool for the back bedroom due to the bed being pretty high and I am happy to say that this was made available. The only downside was that our vacation came to an end and we had to leave. We consider this our home away from home when in Panama City Beach and will always come back to this house.

The owners are nice but the property manager is nice but not sure she's doing that good on cleaning and maintaining. TV didn't work. Washer didn't work. Freezer frozen over and door didn't close. Tub clogged for about 4 days and had to wait for plumber to come. Pool dirty and had to wait a day or two for pool cleaner. Beer cans, glasses, socks... under the beds. Hooks broken off the walls so you couldn't hang up towels or clothes. Trash overflowing for a couple of days. Broken glass and broken plastic tubs sitting along fence. Yard needed weeded. I raked the back yard to clean up cig butts and beer tabs. Hopefully things will be repaired by the time the next people rent it.
