We had a great time on our 4th annual trip to Lake Oconee, 6 adults and 4 kiddos (5yr,5yr,4yr,3yr). The house was clean and well equipped to meet our needs. We loved the built in child locks on the doors and being close to Publix is always nice.

Overall the property and location were top notch.
We rented a boat for the week and took advantage of all the lake had to offer--- including some 100 degree, sunny weather!!
The house was spacious for my wife and I, plus our kids and grandkids. Beds were very comfortable which we do not always find the norm when we rent vacation properties.
Elizabeth was very helpful and dedicated in making our stay very relaxing. Communication excellent.
The only thing I would add is .....at your initial check-in.....stay in the left lane at the security gate or you will have to circle back around. Not a big deal, but saves a few minutes when you first arrive.
Finally, if you rent here--- you won't be disappointed!

We were looking for a larger home where my wife and I could join us for an extended Christmas vacation. We arrived at the house 1 day early and found that it was perfect and as described on VRBO. It's quite large and easily accommodated the 7 of us. There are 2 master suites each with a king size bed & bath on the main floor. The downstairs area had 2 additional bedrooms, 1 with a king size bed and the second with 2 queens size beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. As a bonus there is a large den with TV and ample seating. Needless to say there was plenty of room for our family to spread out. We would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a peaceful, lakeside residence.

My family came to Reynolds for a little R&R, and this property was perfect! Lots of space, beautifully equipped kitchen, so many games, and movies for the kids to enjoy and lots of living space to spread out. The hostess was so thoughtful, helpful and easy to Work with. We will definitely return!

Beautiful home with plenty of space for your whole family! Wonderful kitchen for cooking family meals and space to spread out. Lots of fun swimming from the dock and enjoying the lake. Easy to rent a boat and enjoy the whole lake. The neighborhood is also great for taking walks.

and this is one of them. Reynolds is prime and this property is premium. Quality furnishings and the feel of home make visiting with family just so comfortable. Days spent on the lake turn into nights on the dock watching fish jump and stars twinkle. Quick response from the owner removes any hesitation to reach out. Don’t know when, but we want to come back.

This is our second stay at Lake Oconee and this house and it’s location did not disappoint. The house is spacious for 2 families and laid out to get everyone their privacy if wanted/needed. Kitchen had all the essentials. Best of all were the views from the master bedroom and the sitting room (where we enjoyed our morning coffee). Waking up the the view of the lake and golf course every morning was magical! We rented a boat and tube for our stay. The location was easy to get to open water for tubing and cruising with the kids. We also fished from the dock, but didn’t have much luck. Visited some favorite area restaurants: LO Bistro, Cafe 44 and attempted Silver Moon, but the kids couldn’t handle the long wait. All in all, I would and have recommended this house to others. We’d definitely return as well. Hosts are great and communicate well.

From the moment we walked into the beautiful home and then looked out at the amazing views of the lake and golf course, felt relaxed and enjoyed every moment of our stay! Thank you to Elizabeth and her family for making our daughter's graduation and birthday a wonderful time for all of us!

Wonderful home to spend time with family in scenic lakeside setting. Within one week we had both chilly evenings by the fire and hot days dipping in the lake. Home is just like as advertised, has everything you need, and the hosts are easy to communicate with. Will return whenever we can get the chance.

Beautiful home that I felt blessed to be able to stay in. Fully stocked kitchen. We watched football on Saturday, ate lunch at the Ritz and had the best time. The two masters in the main helped with multiple families staying there. Thank you! We will be back.

We've been coming to Oconee for Labor Day the last 5 years and this is the first house we had zero complaints about! Layout is perfect, kitchen is amazing, host was so wonderful! Even a ladder at the dock to swim off of! I think we finally found our favorite house at the lake!! Thank you Coutu's!!!!

Really enjoyed this property for a golf weekend with friends. The home is very well appointed and sits right on the lake. Communication with the owner was super easy and efficient, and we very much enjoyed our stay. This was our second time to rent this house, and I would do it again.

Perfect - felt like a home not a rental
The property exceeded our expectations! It was extremely comfortable and was furnished like it was some one’s personal home, not a rental property. Living spaces and bedrooms were all generous in size and comfortable. Loved having a bath for each bedroom suite. Would absolutely recommend it and would return again!

We came here in August 2021 with family friends and had a wonderful time! We absolutely loved this property. The home is so clean, organized and beautiful. There was plenty of room for the kids to hang out and the adults to unwind. The lake is so relaxing and lovely. Elizabeth was very helpful and organized. Highly recommend!

We've been coming to Lake Oconee for years and we were looking for an alternative to the Ritz to spend a week with our family. We really loved this home. The warm decor, comfortable furnishings, and great location will have us coming back next year.
