Russian River Yacht Club è un paradiso per gli amanti dell'acqua! Questa lussuosa casa fronte fiume super soleggiata completamente ristrutturata + casa galleggiante con yacht ancorata a terra può ospitare 12 adulti. Un sacco di attività all'aperto per andare con questa spiaggia privata sul fiume; campi da bocce, tappetini galleggianti, kayak, stand up paddle board, mute umide, giubbotti di salvataggio, birdwatching, visite alle foche oceaniche, pozzo del fuoco all'aperto sulla spiaggia, patio sul tetto, pesca, nuoto e sdraio in spiaggia. Perfetto per un ritiro di lavoro, riunione di famiglia o una fuga di amici. L'ingresso della casa principale è al secondo livello, dove troverai l'ampio soggiorno open space (2 divani letto e divano) + cucina, grandi finestre con vista sul fiume, 2 camere da letto (1 matrimoniale, 1 full size ), 1. 5 bagni, lavatrice e asciugatrice, grande terrazza con vasca idromassaggio per 6-8 persone, mobili da giardino e barbecue. Il piano inferiore è la master suite con vasca da bagno matrimoniale, 2 divani letto, grandi finestre con vista sul fiume, accesso alla porta scorrevole direttamente sulla spiaggia. Staccata dalla casa principale si trova l'accogliente casa galleggiante per yacht che è stata attraccata a terra vicino alla spiaggia per alcune delle migliori viste sul fiume e sui tramonti della zona. La casa galleggiante per yacht può ospitare comodamente 4 persone, ha il proprio bagno, cucina, zona pranzo all'aperto, patio sul tetto e terrazza con vasca idromassaggio per 4 persone. Our second time renting this home because it is so great! The house and beds are very comfortable. The deck and hot tub are amazing. The private beach and river access are unparalleled. The host was very communicative and accommodating. We would highly recommend this home!

Great house and location! great being close to Jenner and also Guerneville downtown. Loved spending all our time on the river!

This house has everything you need kitchen accessory wise, beach kayaks/canoes/paddleboards, and even plenty of towels for the hot tub. We felt comfortable on the property with everything we needed. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group.
Many areas to lounge inside or outside on the patio furniture on the deck or even beachside on the chairs.
We were charged $40 for a paddle not making it to the correct location at time of departure, even though I communicated the only other location it could have been left.
My only comments would be to have more warm comfortable blankets near the pullout beds and a thorough cleaning on the laundry machine was needed.
None of these comments would affect me recommending or renting this location again. The privateness of this property is truly beautiful and the access to a private beach is worth every penny!

Family and I came here with the kids for spring break. I can see the appeal of this home! It’s right on the Russian River, where you have access to many amenities including, paddle boards, canoes, and kayaks. Kids loved fishing! The home was spacious and clean with all the appropriate appliances to make dinner making easy. The outdoor patio with furniture, grill, picnic table and jacuzzi makes for a nice evening BBQ. Overall, I’d highly recommend and would stay in this home in the upcoming future.

Enjoyable!
Two things wrong:
The first night we had a roof leak. I woke up in the night to use the bath room and slipped on a 3 ft diameter puddle of water.
The last day while getting ready to leave, the water turned brown and then it stopped running at all. We all did not get to shower and the toilet would not flush. Had it been earlier in our stay it would have been unbearable. As it was it was just a hassle

The property management was inattentive. The place was full of cobwebs. The air conditioning didn’t work and the heat meant we did not sleep. I will NEVER stay at a VRBO home if there is a property management company renting it. We emailed and we called numerous times. All efforts were ignored. This was very frustrating as we were planning a large family event. It severely added to the stress not being able to get confirmation and then trying to entertain in the hot house! Never again

My family of 8 really enjoyed our stay here.
Peaceful and so much to do between the kayaks & stand-up boards, the hot tub, the pool table, and the outdoor fireplace.
I took away a star because the location is right on a fairly busy highway. While you are looking at the peaceful river and listening to the birds, you will also hear trucks and motorcycles zooming by. Now, some in our group felt it didn’t matter at all, others found it a distraction from the otherwise peacefulness - so you decide how it would affect you.
Everyone in our group would be happy to return there.

This is such a fun space for a large group with plenty of activities onsite, access to the river, games and comfortable peaceful seating areas. The only things I would mention are that the upstairs beds could be bigger and the downstairs room and boat are very musty which could be an issue for people with allergies but not much can be done considering the area is prone to flooding. Also, another kayak or two would be amazing! I would definitely return

We had a fabulous time at this house on the Russian River. We comfortably fit our family and friends in the house as there is ample space for hanging out - on the deck, hot tube, playing pool, fire pit/chiminea, boat, lounge chairs, river. It was pure bliss for 5 days. Will definitely reserve again!

We really enjoyed our few days at the RRYC. The 6 and 3 year olds had a great time throwing rocks in the river when it was too cold to swim, and loved exploring the yacht. We also all enjoyed the various kayaks and SUP's as well as the bocce ball and horseshoes; there was a LOT to do! Kitchen was pretty well equipped as well. And Rachel was so very responsive and helpful; that was much appreciated!
The only slightly negative thing to be aware of is that the suite in the basement is really cold (even when the weather was hot) and also damp so towels don't dry. So bring a sweater if you're staying down there!
And, a clarification to the listing: the beds upstairs are all queen-size (the listing sometimes says 'double'). And those upstairs bedrooms, while smallish, are bigger than they look like in the pics.

My family and I absolutely loved this house! Our stay flew by entirely way too quickly and I’m already missing the tranquility the RRYC house/property offers. Its incredibly spacious and offers ample amenities. My family consisted of 5 adults, 2 teens and a tween. The yacht was a HUGE hit, and the pool table was constantly in use. Bocce ball, river toys and a welcoming hot tub were utilized daily as well. Watching the daily jaunts the cows would make across the street was actually something we enjoyed watching and listening too as well. Lol. Rachel made the check-in process incredibly easy for us and would always respond to my messages rather quickly, which was fantastic! I HIGHLY recommend this property to others, especially those traveling in larger groups like ours, as there’s so much to do and the home is incredibly spacious, so you’ll never feel like you’re sitting on top of each other. The home also has adequate dishes and towels for larger families as well. Perfect place for a little R&R. I hope to come back again. Thanks again for everything Rachel!

My organization had a weekend retreat and LOVED this property. Perfect location right on the river, amazing views, and lots of room. Rachel was very communicative and accommodating with us when our original booking was cancelled due to flooding. We definitely plan to return in the future!

The property was exactly as described. Our family of 4 adults and 2 kids had a great long weekend stay here. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space when wanted and a great living area for family games and movie night. The hot tub was hot and ready for us when we arrived which was very welcoming after a long drive there which was most appreciated. The house was very clean and had a good amount of towels, bedding and cooking utensils. We didn't have an issue with the wi-fi or cell reception at all. We played with paddleboards in the river and enjoyed the outdoor fireplace. The little shopping center in Dunkin Mills was great for souvenirs and the drives to both Bodega Bay and Fort Ross were beautiful and great day trips.

Our family enjoyed the relaxed nature of this home. The view of and access to the river was great. Two of the upstairs rooms are listed as queens but they are smaller than that.
It was a great spot to get away from it all.

Really cute family house on the Russian River between Duncan Mills and Jenner. Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of DVD's to choose from plus Direct TV is now available too. There's no cell phone coverage and for some reason the internet only worked from 6-7am for us so pretty much non-existent. Be careful pulling in/out of driveway as cars speed on River Road and there is not much room to pull in to open/close the gate.

Our family of 5 aged 8-57 and our friends with their teenager all had a great time. We enjoyed the hot tub, the horse shoes, the kayak, and walking along the river. The beach nearby offered a wonderful day for all. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Rachel was a great contact full of all the information we needed in a timely manner. We loved this house! It was perfect for our group of 8 (4 couples) to celebrate my 40th birthday. The home was as depicted in photos and Rachel was so easy to work with. There was an issue with the water well before we arrived, but Rachel was able to have water delivered to fill the water tank. We didn’t have any issues with the water or pressure.
The location of the house right on the river was great for kayaking. There was a bad algae problem in the river, though, which obviously wasn’t the owner’s fault. Just an FYI because it’s apparently quite common.

Stunning large property. Plenty of room for 10 family members. Kayaks, boce, horseshoes, firepit, jacuzzi, pool table, and a cook’s kitchen. Enough parking for many cars, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Huge deck with lots of comfortable seating.

Weekend getaway
We had a family getaway weekend with a wide variety of ages. The house was prepared for all ages. There was a kids corner with childrens toys, a pool table for the young adults and adults and movies of all genres. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The boat house is more of a novelty than a useable space. We were disappointed by the water levels. They were so low and so many signs about an algae bloom kept us from enjoying the entire reason we booked the house- private access to the river. If we were to book again it would be earlier in the season so we might be able to enjoy the river.

Beautiful home !!
We had lots of fun on our family vacation to the Russian River! This home is beautiful and very accommodating for big groups with little kids, we really enjoyed the big yard and the hot tub, the place was immaculate which I really appreciate. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home !

Magical escape from the hustle of life!
Epic river, rolling green hills, fuzzy cows in the nearby pastures, gorgeous trees. Couldn’t ask for a better place for a family gathering! The house was very roomy with plenty of room for everyone! Pool table was a big hit. The views are breathtaking. Sun deck and hot tub make a perfect outdoor hang out. The boat was a sweet addition! So many toys to play on the beautiful river. Kitchen was well stocked. Very clean!

We didn't end up staying in it, but would certainly entertain returning over the summer to try it out!The internet was as described; low on bandwidth, but if you commit to one person at a time, you could even get work done, and then get back to playing outside! Jenner was a very short drive away, and Duncans Mills was the sweetest small town just a few minutes inland. We loved the local coffee shop and general store. My toddler loved throwing pebbles into the river, and enjoyed watching the ducks and geese skim across the water. There were two mornings where a family of river otters came to play on the dock, which was a real delight to watch.
The yacht was a very cool alternative lodging. We didn't end up staying in it, but would certainly entertain returning over the summer to try it out!
The internet was as described; low on bandwidth, but if you commit to one person at a time, you could even get work done, and then get back to playing outside! Jenner was a very short drive away, and Duncans Mills was the sweetest small town just a few minutes inland. We loved the local coffee shop and general store. Love the location. It is near’ish to the ocean and that really helped lower the temperature making enjoying the all the outdoor activities comfortable and fun.

Great Time on the River
Came up here for a three day weekend with friends from the city. The place is comfortable and private. We loved that there were stand up paddle boards and kayaks available for us to use in the river and the views of the surrounding area are gorgeous. The instructions were easy and the place was beautifully clean. Overall, we all agreed we would stay here again and hope to soon!

Nice house on a great beach
You can't beat the beachfront location of this house. We had fun kayaking, floating and just sitting on the beach. We used the outdoor fire area every night as well. We appreciated all the pre-cut wood.
The house was well stocked with dishes, glassware & cookware and all the appliances look brand new. It was also well furnished with plenty of clean towels & linens.
We did rent the place at the end of the season so there were a few things that need some attention like the bbq, folding chairs and some of the water toy accessories. We've been doing this get together for over 35 years at this time of year and these things were minor in the big scheme of things. The group had a great time.

Rachels property was awesome for a weekend getaway. The yard is huge and has lots of fun activities for a group - kayaks, paddle boards, rafts etc. My group had a great weekend.
