La decoración es interesante

Que no menciona en la página que esta en el centro histórico, no se puede llegar en auto y el equipaje hay que llevarlo 500mts a mano y en nuestro caso lloviendo

Sitio precioso, habitaciones y espacios comunes muy cuidados, decoración y detalles que lo hacen un lugar super agradable. La sala donde se sirve el desyuno tambien es un espacio precioso y con todos los detalles para tener una estancia fantástica. Muy buena ubicación para visitar Volterra ya que está en una de las calles con más comercios y restaurantes.

Hay aparcamientos pagando fuera del centro y una zona de parquing gratuita que realmente no está lejos pero debes subir una escalinata enorme para llegar. Pero el tema del parking pasa en casi todos los pueblos de la Toscana...

La camera era carinissima, avevo un balconcino tutto per me. Super carina. Posizione ottima per spostarsi.

Giusto una piccola piccola cosa: avevo il bagno privato e la ventola non funzionava (o forse ero io a non averla saputa usare).

Breakfast was just cake and a coffee machine with no instructions - did not matter though as there are plenty of cafes and bistros doing breakfast at good prices No good if you cannot climb two flights of stairs as there is no lift

We loved the property! The location of the apartment is excellent, because it is located in the city center of the old town of Volterra. You can get anywhere by walking for a few minutes. The room was very clean and well-organized. They even left small cookies for us on the shelves. The room is very romantic and the corridor looks like an artsy cave. The garden is lovely too. The breakfast was delicious. The staff we spoke to were friendly and very easy to communicate with. While we were on our way to Volterra, they gave us some valuable information about the trip and how to get to Volterra.

We were delighted with the authentic Italian room, which obviously had a woman's touch. From the little flower on the window covering to the safe in the wall, we found it delightful! Everything smelt fresh and clean and the biscuit jar was a lovely touch. The ceiling fan also worked really well and the pillows were extremely comfortable

The breakfast room was also lovely, the decor beautiful but the breakfast was a little disappointing. No English breakfast tea bags and no fresh orange juice, just cartons from the fridge. A real shame.

Great location, felt secure and on second floor above street as a solo traveler. Very clean, spacious for one person. Was met by a staff member upon arrival and was able to store luggage at a store across the street before leaving Volterra

Bathroom had a bit of a smell but solved by running the fan. Mattress was firm with no ac but fan worked fine to cool down the bedroom. Would have liked dairy free breakfast options

A nice little view of the garden from my room. Well decorated room. Easy to get to, right in the center of town.

Air conditioning was sorely needed since it was July and there was a heat wave, but I imagine most of the year it's great. The garden wasn't as large as expected.

Very comfortable rooms in a superb location. The bed was extremely comfortable. Tea and biscuits were provided in the room. The owner was welcoming and very helpful. The lights and sockets fused because the socket did not have enough power to charge my camera, but he was very understanding and came to deal with it promptly.

The breakfast was disappointing. I could not get any coffee, and the options to eat were limited and simple. Coffee pods were provided, but without instructions. I inserted them twice into the machine, but unfortunately this did not produce proper coffee. I may have done something wrong, but it would have been helpful if there had been clear instructions about how to use them or someone present to help. The rooms were also not very clearly signposted. I had to climb up the whole stairs and then ask someone in a neighbouring shop before I identified the location of the hotel. Otherwise, however, the accommodation was excellent.

The location is just amazing. The staff was very helpful. I'd recommend this place if you're looking for a budget-friendly stay.

The breakfast was a bit too sugary for me.

They are in the heart of the historical center, rooms are cosy. Looking out the window gives you the sensation you are in the medieval times.

There is plenty room to improve on breakfast. The garden needs a cleaning and the filled ashtray of bits of cigarettes didn't look ok, by the looks of it, been seating there for some time.

The property is located straight at the heart of the medieval town center of Volterra, within two minutes walking distance from the old town main square and tourist attractions, in a really cool street packed with local restaurants, bars and clothing shops. The size of the room was a little small, however the room itself had everything and was really comfortable, clean and warm. Breakfast was excellent: a variety of fresh homemade cakes and pastries was provided by the property every morning, along with coffee (Nespresso capsules), milk and tea. Alessandro, the B&B owner, was really kind and provided useful info around car parking & the best restaurants in town. Highly recommended!

Great location. In the heart of historical area. Good communication with operator.

Wake up is guaranted around 6-7, because you can hear every noise from corridor, and the church bell from outside. The breakfast only some biscuit every day.

Location was amazing, right in the heart of the town, in an old building with a little garden in the back. Breakfast was very good.
