Hotelli asukoht on väga hea. Kõik oluline on mõneminutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Premium klassi tuba oli ruumikas ja rõdu piisava suurusega. Vaade aknast nii hea, kui suurlinnas seda tahta saab - õnneks oli tuba naabermajadest kõrgemal, seega nägi ka kaugustesse.
Ainus lahke ja meeldiv personal oli hommikusöögirestoranis. Toit oli klassikaline ja maitsev.
Kõik toad ei olnud valmis lubatud ajaks. Kui pärast pikka ja väsitavat reisi toad lubatud kella 15ks valmis polnud (aega läks peaagu tund üle), siis kui lõpuks veidi nõudlikumal toonil arupärimise peale lubati reserveeringud üldse tühistada ning tänavale visata.
Koristamisega oli probleeme - päevane tubade koristus toimus hilja - 4-5 paiku õhtul. Terrassi ei koristatud kolme päeva jooksul kordagi ja polnud koristatud ka enne saabumist.
Ühel päeval leidsime võõra telefoni oma laadijast laadimas. Tegemist oli toateenindaja telefoniga. Iseenesest laadija kasutamine polegi probleemiks, aga milliseid klientide asju toateenindajad veel kasutada võivad...?

كل شي رائع - الموقع ممتاز وقريب ساحة الدام ومتحف الشمع 7 دقايق او اقل مشي وكذلك من محطة الباصات والقطارات لأمستردام 15 دقيقه تقريبا
لنا قلت لهم ان معي طفله عملو ترقيه لغرفه أوسع واعطوني سرير للطفله وجميع الموظفين ممتازين ومتعاونين وخاصة الاخت اميمه المغربيه

The room was lovely and facilities were excellent in the room. Bathroom was gorgeous. Not a sound at night and the bed was super comfy.
Requested a balcony but there was no table on the balcony, only two chairs. Air con was hopeless so room was very warm. Room was not cleaned despite having indicated we were out of the room all day. TV signal was very broken and couldn’t watch it.

The staff were excellent. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The smell of flowers in reception really hits you when you come in, beautiful. The bed was comfy and the shower was good.
The bell that sounded in the tower outside was quite disturbing but my room was right by it. I would ask for a room at the other end next time. The price was insane, i wouldn't have agreed it, my colleagues did. There was nowhere other than breakfast to get a coffee or anything before 12 and you couldn't get take away. But i'm being picky, on the whole it was fine (expensive but fine)

The bed was very comfortabel. The breakfast room was stunning and the buffet was great. I liked the crazy floral decor, which is why I chose the hotel. I’d definitely stay there again.

The breakfast room was light and lovely with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes and a self serve espresso machine. They catered to may food preferences and allergies. Presentation and decor were noteworthy and the staff friendly and efficient.
Bathroom was more stylish than function. The shower floor was slippery.

L'emplacement du site
Malgré une demande d'intervention dans la chambre, pas de nettoyage en 24h, obligé d'aller moi même chercher la femme de ménage dans les couloirs au bout du 2eme jour.
Surpris et vexé que l'on me demande de descendre de 6 étages pour aller à la réception afin de payer le room service de la veille au soir alors que je partais 2 jours plus tard. Première fois qu'un hôtel me demande et me dérange de cette façon.

Excelente ubicación, no es primera vez que voy a este hotel y volvería. Cómodo, agradable y con buena atención. Es caro en relación a otros lugares con la misma categoría de hotel pero me encanta!

-double yataklı bir oda rezerve etmiştik, 2 single yataklı verildi. biraz uğraşla double yataklı bir odaya geçebildik.
-oda temizdi ancak çarşaflarda biraz toz ve küçük kıllar gördük.
-oda iyi ısınmıyordu, yer yer üşüdük. talep üzerine elektrikli ısıtıcı veriyorlarmış ancak biz bunu geç öğrendik ve talep etmedik.
-odada terlik yoktu, talep üzerine geldi.
-superior oda biraz küçüktü, 2 kişi 2 büyük bavulla biraz zor sığdık, bavullar açılınca odada yürüyecek yer kalmadı.

Emplacement central, décoration et atmosphère soignée.
Chambre relativement confortable. Personnel très sympathique.
Prestations un peu en dessous pour plus le prix : literie a ressorts peu confortable, salle de bain petite, odeur en entrant légèrement incommodante.

La ubicación era inmejorable y me pareció muy seguro que necesitases la llave de la habitación para activar el ascensor.
Además no se escucha absolutamente nada de la céntrica calle (fuimos en fin de año)

We had a lovely room with a very nice city view. The staff was very helpful and efficient. We found the location very good for the activities we had planned.
The hallways were decorated in a rather dark style and the artificial lighting in the room could be improved.

Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, die Zimmer waren gut und genügend gross, auch das Badezimmer war gut, tolle Bad-Produkte (Douche/Shampoo/Bodylotion)
Gut war, dass es kein Teppich im Zimmer hat - Parkettboden, sehr angenehm und für Allergiker gut
Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, alles in Gehdistanz gut erreichbar.
Die Betten sind sehr unbequem (hart) und durchgelegen, da wäre es Zeit diese zu ersetzen
Bad ist sehr klein für 2 Personen (nur 1 Lavabo)
Frühstücksraum war zu stark gekühlt (Klimaanlage)
Die Bar ist abends nicht mehr offen und man hat kaum Möglichkeiten spät abends einen Drink zu nehmen

Great location with everything around you and large size rooms , wonderful breakfast.
I was at 2nd floor and this mansion unfortunately has no proper sound isolation, I was annoyed all my nights and I couldn’t have a deep sleep as you can hear people talking exciting at night time so that’s the only credit

Buena ubicacion, estuvimos en una suite muy bonita con buenas vistas. Detalles regalo en la habitacion, tarjeta personalizada de bienvenida. Personal amable en general. Desayuno variado.
Dejaban carrito de la ropa sucia cada dia delante de la puerte. Cama dura. Desayuno con poca futa y cafe mejorable. En el momento del check out casi ni nos hicieron caso ni preguntaron como habia ido la estancia, una lastima. El personal del comedor era poco profesional. Vecino fumaba cannabis en su balcon y nos entraba el humo en habitacion de buena mañana o de noche!

Camas cómodas, buen tamaño de la habitación y camas para los tres, desayuno delicioso y muy completo, pero lo mejor ? El personal del hotel ! Sobre todo en recepción!!! Todos muy amables y cooperadores, pero el 100 se lo lleva Natali, una chica encantadora y que me ayudó mucho y empleando tiempo extra de su horario de salida. Regresaría siempre a este hotel !!
Realmente poco, creo necesitan renovar un poco ciertas áreas comunes como alfombras en algunos sitios, pero muy limpio todo !
