לא נקי מספיק , את החדרים במהלך היום מנקים כדי לצאת מידי חובה , השטחים הציבוריים לא נקיים
צוות חדר האוכל טכני , לא לבבי ,חלקם אפילו גס רוח .

מיקום מרכזי .
אוכל לא טעים , לא אטרקטיבי .
חשוב לתדרך את צוות הקבלה על מידע שהם נותנים , לדוגמא אמרו שהבריכה פתוחה עד 20
שהיא נסגרת ב 18, לגבי בית מרקחת נטען שנסגר ב 19 ובפועל נסגר ב 17:30 , מבאס.
רמת ניקיון לא טובה מספיק ,
תוכנית בידור לא ברמה מספיק טובה .

מיקום מצויין ומרכזי על הטיילת, שקיעה מדהימה וחוף ים צמוד .
בריכה גדולה כולל לילדים.
מנהלת קשרי אורחים מעולה ומסבירת פנים .
מקום מיושן , מתוחזק לא בצורה הכי טובה ,
יש מפתחות לחדר , לא כרטיסים .
אוכל בשפע אך ללא טעם , טפל.
תוכניות בידור לא להיט.
בשביל כספת רצו תוספת תשלום ,
שביקשתי להאריך שהייה ללילה נוסף עקב טיסה שבוטלה היחס היה קר ומנוכר, במיוחד מצד מנהלת הקבלה , והמחיר שקיבלתי היה לא אטרקטיבי .

The Food & Staff are Amazing ( Mary ) by the Pool is the hardest working lady Ever !! Nothing is a problem for her & she always has a Smile :)
The outside of the Hotel has become a little run down (facing the Car Park)

The food was not hot enough, we ended up eating out to get a hot meal.

Excellent hotel and amazing value for its price. Stayed in the all-inclusive program and it was amazing! Great stuff, great food and restaurants and very good service. For sure will recommend!
The location of the hotel is a bit far from the port and city center but overall it was ok, about 20 minutes walk along the sea from the hotel.
Also the rooms which are not facing the pool/sea are facing the parking and the garbage which is a bummer

Staff were very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is very clean and kept clean and the food although sometimes simple was lovely.
Some of the facilities need fixing I.e gym equipment and air hockey table. Pool table at 2euros a go is expensive

Staff were incredibly attentive in all areas, the hotel was spacious with many different areas to relax and spend time in. The pools were spotlessly clean and the indoor pool and jacuzzi a lovely bonus.
Only one alternative restaurant to the buffet, we had noticed reference to a burger restaurant which wasn’t operating but maybe as we were a little out of season.

Room ,very old bed with a noises when you move ,no pressure water at the shower .bad smell from bathroom

the location was superb. A 1km walk to the town centre and beautiful beach spots along the way.
staff couldn’t be more helpful during continued covid and were accommodating to all requests.
