Hotel bem localizado. Limpo, ótimo café da manhã.

O valor do estacionamento deveria estar embutido na diária e não ser cobrado à parte.

Existia a informação que poderia ser solicitado talheres de inox para a recepção, porém só eram fornecidos talheres descartáveis e quando questionamos a recepção, a atendente foi grosseira e disse só enviar de plástico, mesmo o restaurante possuindo talheres de inox. O quarto era escuro e faltava iluminação

This Hotel is not family-friendly. The staff do not care if at breakfast the TV is showing content not appropriate for minors. Even though they are asked to change channels or turn down the volume, they act with no consideration towards the guests.

Amazing! We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Very friendly staff, good location, got everything we need.

Very good location, good breakfast and the staff is friendly.

Wifi wasn’t working in my room, I spoke to 3 different people during my 3 days stay but the issue was not fixed. Also, the towels were very old.

The staff was very friendly.

There were a lot of mold in the room behind the arm chair.

The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty.

There were a lot of empty cabinets with no basic equipment (not even a single plate). The pool area looked abandoned.

The room was clean

The hotel staff was very rude and unpleasant. I have in fact never been treated so poorly in Curitiba. I would not stay here again because no one need this kind of agravation when on vacation.

excellent service! I asked about the possibility to clean the curtains in standard room #1202, cause I have an allergy to dust. And in the evening I’ve been back to the room with clean curtains! Thank you so much for understanding and great hospitality! moreover, a cleaning lady on the 12th floor was very kind and offered me a fresh towel when seen me coming back from the swimming pool with a wet one. Thank you!

I liked the room, location and breakfast.

the Wi-Fi doesn’t work properly and the elevator was not working for some hours also.
