The accommodation was fabulous, great facilities, lovely breakfast, cleaned daily (including the rooms). Fantastic gardens and a good location close to everything. The staff at breakfast was friendly and accommodating and there was lots of choice. Will definitely stay there again.

Tried to book for next year but it would appear it is generally fully booked. It shows how good the facilities are. Sad to have to leave.

Strong wind during the days but this is not apartment’s fault!

great location but needs a better way to deal with the roaches and ants. there were big and small roaches all over the apartment. ants were all over place and in your bed.

the food gave us food poisoning. they need to find a better way of using the buffet. the eggs kept us in bed for almost 3 days with Severely painful cramps and diarrhea.

This is a great apartment complex. Small enough to be intimate and friendly. It is ideally located away from noise and yet close to various amenities. Breakfast was superb and staff were extremely helpful.

The restaurant/bar could stay open to at least 5pm instead of the 3:30pm but this was only mildly inconvenient.

The apartment had everything needed, was by the pool, it was quiet and so clean. The breakfast was very nice and fresh every morning

The appartment needed updating especially kitchen area. Bad layout in kitchen/ lounge area Old equipment. Complex half empty & too many steps !

Spacious, clean and well equipped apartment. Optimal position, many free parking spaces around. Very quiet. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

Jacuzzi did not work, swimming pool was a bit on the cold side

Location was excellent. Well maintained gardens. No children. Quiet and restful. Nice pool away from view and wind.

No vegetarian options. If something might have been veggie it wasnt marked 'V'. Personal groan was the cleaners trolleys, noisy wheels all through the day. Should have been more photos of the junior suite as the 2nd bedroom was tiny and dark.

dangerous bathroom floor - very slippery downstairs to 'ground floor' noise from other television sets in the evenings difficulty in getting out of the put you up bed - scraping my leg several times lighter food especially for lunch and something for supper until 8.30pm

Excellent facilities, clean and comfortable. Very quiet surroundings and pool area. Great breakfast. Good location, just as far from the busiest locations to be enjoable by foot.

On arrival, did not receive sea view room as booked, refund of difference given, but spoilt holiday as we were put at the very rear corner of property. Young receptionist very rude and after initial meeting set to meet with manager at 1400, manager refused to meet and said I should speak to booking.com? Who did call me. If manager cannot be bothered to speak with her guests, particularly with concerns regarding wrong room allocation and rude staff, then she is not showing any interest. After a second call made by this receptionist to booking.com, there was very contradicting information between her version. And my conversation with them making the rest of my stay very stressful and unsettling. Do not be fooled by the higher approval rating!
