This is an excellent place for a family vacation! Very clean, and the staff is very friendly. Once we were late for dinner and asked to wait for us. we could have snacks, but yet the staff waited until our arrival before closing up which was thoughtful! We especially like the food - a great variety and quality - we took an all-included deal which was very comfortable - you get food ALL the time - very handy with little kids. We even used the kids club and left alone 5 yrs old toddlers - they loved it! There are a couple of very nice pools and a heated one which was useful as we had chilly weather. The rooms were wide, and clean, we had a separate room from the kids and a balcony. We enjoyed the cocktails. Recommended!

We had some problems with hot water in the shower, but it wasn't a big concern and seems to be a very local problem in our room.

Nice hotel for a family holiday. Spacious rooms for families with children located in low-rise buildings. Very good all-inclusive meals. And most importantly, super nice staff, both in the restaurant and reception, as well as animators. In addition, a large central pool and a second "quiet" pool near the sea, an exercise room and interesting activities (yoga, darts, children's classes)

Very good staf. We admire the location, where we had pools, small but ideal for us sandy beach (and there is not a lot of sandy beach on that coast). Great food, with superb service.

The staff was available at all times with all questions. Amazing ladies at the reception, very nice waiters, waitresses and bartenders working in the restaurant and also super nice and friendly pool bartenders. My room was upgraded to a room with a pool view and I was greeted with a glass of rose and a really nice man took me to my room with that "mini golf car", which immediately left a good first impression. I was treated very nicely during my whole stay. The breakfast has a big selection of foods, as well as lunch and dinner. Pools were really nice and I didn't want to leave my sunbed near the smaller pool, closer to the ocean. Really comfortable sunbeds. From there you can look in the ocean and relax near the pool with not so many people around. I really enjoyed that near this pool you don't hear music. It's peaceful and perfect. The room was big, nice lightening and minimalisticly furbished but very very cosy. They gave me an extra blanket after the first night, because I was a bit cold during the first night. Also, you have your separate entrance to the room. Spacious, clean and cosy room with huge windows and nice curtains. I felt like at home, but better. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Also they borrowed me an adapter for my electronics. The whole area is cosy and not too big or touristy. It doesn't feel or look cheap. I didn't want to leave this hotel during my stay. Recommended to everyone.

There is no normal beach around, but it's not the hotel fault. Salad table could be improved a little bit. Sunbeds tops could be taken away when it's raining so that when it stops raining you immediately could have a dry sunbed top. I would suggest that the smaller pool near the sea would be adult only.

Fantastic location next to the beach. The facilities were exceptional and clean. Free drinks in the fridge within your room. The food at the hotel was excellent and good value for money. I went breakfast only and ate out but the food at the hotel was the best. On my next visit I will go all inclusive. The staff at the hotel especially in the restaurant Luar and Marie were brilliant and so friendly and caring. A credit to the hotel. I would recommend the Louis Paphos Breeze. Fantastic sums it up.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly, especially Maria Vroulou and Laur from the restaurant, and Ala from the bar. They would remember preference and make sure we are satisfied every meal. The bar happily made non-alcoholic cocktails for my pregnant wife that were very good. Also the variety of alternative milks was very appreciated. The variety of pools was nice, between the main one with music, the quieter one down towards the beach, and the cooler inside pool.

Mostly nitpicks: the electricity in the room being tied to the key meant we couldn't leave the phones to charge. The ladder in the lower pool was loose, moving under weight. While the hotel tries for ecological policies, the recycling bins were not maintained well (no separation between the different kinds of garbage in the bins). The sliding window in the bathroom was in view of the rooms behind ours, which meant we had to keep it mostly closed for privacy.

- The pool is aged, and it’s not big enough for all guests with children at full occupancy as they are not allowed in the adults only pool. . - There aren’t enough facilities for young children. The resort could do with slides etc. - Spa is available, good variety and choices the facilities need refurbishing. I felt like lying in an underground bunker - I would argue that this is a 3 star rather than a 4 star hotel

Had a really good expirience overall: - very friendly staff everywhere, especially superviser Maria Vroullou! - room was nice; - 3 different pools.

A few minor things: - Wi-Fi coverage is good, but speed capped to 4 Mbit/s which is quite low; - the beach itself is quite mediocre, it's not much space to swim in the sea as well - it's limited with rocks (also a good idea to bring a sea shoes with u for comfortable entrance/exit)

Quality of food not good enough for the price paid. Lack of atmosphere and decorations e.g. "the restaurant" is more like a canteen. Dated facility e.g. old pool with cracked tiles and a fitness room with broken equipment. Far away from the city.

we came with another family and asked in advance to be next to each other. unfortunately they put us apart and far away from each other. at the day we left we asked to do late checkout. they said that we can stay in one of the rooms and then after 1 our they changed there mind and told us it’s not possible, and they offered a different room for the two families together and the air conditioning didn’t work properly
