Je ne comprends pas que Booking.com puisse proposer un tel hotel. Les photos sur internet ainsi que vos commentaires ne représentent pas la vérité. Ce serait bien que l'un de vos inspecteurs puissent revoir de plus pres cet hôtel. Franchement, celà fait des années que nous réservons nos voyages toujours sur booking.com, mais là je me pose des questions .

Chambre poussièreuse, des tâches de sang sur un mur, rideaux en tissus poussiereux, armoire à linge dans un réduit sale et sans lumière. Nous sommes arrivés vers 19 H30 vers la tombée de la nuit, impossible de fermer le rideau de la fenêtre. La poignée pour descendre le rideau était inexistante. Plusieurs ampoules manquantes dans la chambre. Beaucoup de bruits venant de l'exterieure ( samedi soir ) Ce fut une nuit trés desagréable. Malgré qu'on nous a changé de chambre, idem pour la propreté. La vue dehors donnée sur une terrasse jonchée de détrutus.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The location of the hotel is very good, close to tram and train connections to both France and Geneva. There are good bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants in the area.

Because it is central it is in a nosy area, during the week is not very bad but on the weekend it might affect how you sleep. The temperature of the water in the shower was very low.

Room was very warm and facing the street with a bar downstairs, so with the windows open it was a bit noisy, but only at closing time.

Very comfortable bed. Good shower. Asked for and was given a room at the back which while it overlooked the car park (good free secure parking) so is not picturesque was very quiet - a real bonus for a central location. Hotel is minutes away from shops and restaurants. Staff very helpful and went the extra mile. Decent breakfast

Hotel just a little dated, but nonetheless excellent value for money

the staff , there’re really helpful and kind. the breakfast ladies are really sweet and always smiling. breakfast was good . Beds are comfortable and enough pillows are given. 1double bed and two single beds for a family of 4. free parking was available.

the kettle was dirty and was not cleaned before our arrival. couldn’t heat some water because of that.

The room was fit for purpose. Car parking was secure and there was plenty of places to eat.

The noise, not the hotel's fault as budding rally drivers and bikers who like to hear the noise from their engines. A good advert for electric cars and bikes.

AC was good. Room was clean and big. Receptionists were helpfull and polite. Parking place for moto behind the hotel.
